WE purchased 3 - 150cc king size Go Carts in red, yellow & Blue we received them on Friday the 23rd.
Ever since we received these we have had nothing but problems with them I thought I would give them a chance to do right on this situation.
We have called Tech. support several times for these issues:
The red go cart will not run at all we were told that we need a coil which was supposed to be here 2 days never arrived
also when we did get it running it now needs a right brake caliper as it came off while riding it & a Throttle cable as it broke off
The yellow cart right tail light went out and we could not get that bulb out nor fix the issue, The Muffler completely broke in two on the unit.
All three batteries are completely dead we tried charging them several times and nothing, so we had to go to wal-mart and buy new batteries and a charger, and we never received the charger that was listed in the eBay auction ad and the man I spoke to stated he would send three out.
on the blue cart the frame where the battery sits is coming off.
My husband and Son in law are spending more time fixing these than having fun riding them, They are not good quality as stated in the auction listing if all of this happened in 3 to 4 days of owning them what will happen in 3 to 4 weeks or months, or after the so called 6month warranty runs out?
We bought these for our kids and grandkids to have fun and there always seems to be an issue.
We like the carts but do not want to spend all of our time fixing and taking them to the shop for repair rather than having fun with them.
We had to get welded the 3 carts where the battery sits as they were falling apart it cost over $300.
The Muffler on Blue cart broke off completely
The Right mirror on red cart broke off completely
These are pieces of junk and after qwriting the owners this letter as they told us to do and calling them several times they will not answer are calls not reply to the letter or emails.
They honered the warranty once and that was it, We have the 6 month warranty and are paying out of our own pocket also i asked to purchase the extended warranty and they told me i do not need it and they told me to pay through e-check on paypal so they can insure my carts otherwise i would have to pay 3% for insurance they did not tell me that once i do that i can't make a claim if something goes wrong.
And lastly i made a claim with paypal and they denied it as i did not but this OFF EBAY but through their site, I wrote a letter to the BBB and my Attorney and put a claim on my checking account but they told me i might get my money back but they doubt it and told me just to take them to court.
This business should be looked into as i am now out $5250.
Please help to get my money back or at least have them pay for everything.
