Hi - this isn't really a complaint...I ordered an anti-virus plan last week for $59.95 but didn't get a confirmation or any type of identification number for this plan. Is there anyway you can get that info to me. If I need to go back in and use the anti-virus plan, I don't have the id number to type in so they know that it's already been purchased.
