Terrible company. I would never buy from them again. They look good and the prices are reasonable on the outside, but once you've made a purchase, customer service is not only bad, it's awful.
I managed to get my very expensive video editing system back to them before the warranty expired. The machine was always freezing during renders or playback of video files (which needs to be done all the time). They blamed it all on me adding software to the machine - However the system does not go on the internet, nor have I added software to it.

Eventually the machine came back, but the system is no better. It still crashes all the time. Total waste of £4, 500. I'm livid.
