Best Price received a deposit for moving, cancelled the move and tried to keep the deposit. Because I had put it on my credit card and had confirmation from their claim department I was able to get my deposit refunded. However, the lied and sent a letter to credit card company to dispute my claim after they had promised the claims department that they would be refunding my money.

The worst organization...should be able to filed claim for fraud.
