The company sold me a Panasonic digital camera in June08, which has subsequently become faulty.

Despite me sending them 8 emails, they have not offered a solution/remedy. Having spoken with Panasonic they have advised that they will not cover the camera under manufacturing warranty as it is a US supplied only camera. Furthermore is not CE approved for sale in the UK. Trading standards have advised that the company should not be legally selling new products into the UK without CE approval. Best priced brands do not specify this on their website and certainly do not suggest they will not offer a warranty in the event of defect under the 12months warranty period.

Bestpricedbrands.co.uk would suggest you are trrading with a UK based company, however Trading standards have adviseds that they are USA based.

I would recommend that anyone intending to purchase anything from this website rethink as it would appear they are keen to take your money, however in the event of a problem (in my case) have failed to offer any support or resolution to my faulty goods.

I have been sending the emails since March 2009, and all I have received back from them is a generic email saying they will get in touch within 2 days!!!
