This company has been deducting monies from my bank account without my authorization. Have talked to them via telephone with a promise to return my funds back in my account being I sent package back to them.

After almost two months I have not received a refund every time I call I get a different excuse this company should be shut down this is not the way you do business. If anyone needs the number it is 888-820-2656. Good luck

Twice an unauthorized charge was made to my bank account---acaiberry and best pure cleanse.
I understand that these two products come from the same lab FNW or something like that.
I managed to get a credit from Acaiberry, and am now in the process of doing the same with the second. Fortunately, on my bank account there was a phone number which is 1-888-820-2656. The operator has a foreign accent, but did promise to cancel my account and reimburse the amount deducted.
Hope the phone number helps those with complaints for Best Pure Body Cleanse.
My advice to all---never, never order a trial sample on the internet or over the phone for anything. It appears that some of these companies are acquiring account information from legit vendors.

They charged my credit card (79.84)without my permission for product I didn't purchase. I didnt event receive the trial product. I have been calling them since early December trying to get a refund and have not received anthing as of today. There is never a manager or supervisor around to take my call. The representatives keep telling me that the refund is being processed well we all know it does not take that long for a refund to go back on the card. I will CALL THEM EVERYDAY until I get this settled.

Asked for free trial sample, with payment of shipping charges. Understood terms were for me to cancel the order if I wasn't satisfied, or the product would be shipped and my account charged monthly. I received the free trial with absolutely no information enclosed in the mailing envelope. No number or address to contact to cancel future shipments. That information was to be provided with the shipment of the sample. On Dec 22, 2008 my account was charged $79.95 for a second shipment of the product. I expected this to come with an invoice and some contact info which would allow me to cancel this agreement, however I DID NOT recieve the product for which my account was charged. I have nothing but a phone # from which the deductions from my account are coming from. In fact there are 2 numbers, both of which I have tried and both go to the same recorded message saying to hold all agents are busy, I have 'held' for more than 40 minutes many times on both lines. During the 'hold' time there is also a message listing this web site as a contact for assistance. I understand my side of the agreement was the need to cancel this order, but their side of the agreement was to ship the product with contact information allowing me the opportunity to cancel. Please help me resolve this as soon as possible. thank you. Regina West.
