On 26/12/09 & 27/12/09 I placed orders with the above company. I received acknowledgement of the orders but nothing further. On 11/01/10 I emailed the company reguesting status of my orders and received a reply on 1201/10 that my orders had been updated to DISPATCHED. When no deliver took place I again queried my orders but the company does not take the trouble to reply. This is the first time I have received such shoddy service (non service). The Company was quick to accept payment by ignores their obligations as required by law.
