We stayed 2 nights in june, 2008 and had our car parked by valet in a garage a little walk away. The first day the car was returned to us with a scratch the valet recognized he had caused. The front desk assured us several times, finally at paying our bill, that the manager would get in touch with us to send the damage claim to the insurance company of the Hotel, and that it would be paid shortly. You guessed: no manager called, no reaction to our subsequent letter claiming the damages either, he was never in to take our call, etcetera.
Morale: Don't stay at the Best Wester Premier Santo Domingo Hotel in Madrid, Spain.
