Wow...all I wanted was to build a left-handed driver for my brother as a Xmas present. I ordered from this vendor back in November. Two weeks later after several emails they responded and 'claimed' they tried to email me regarding the order.

Got that figured out and another couple weeks or so went by and more emails from me...finally received their 'Congratulations...your order has shipped' email. Tracking number to follow. Never received a tracking number. Sent a bunch of emails...left messages and finally heard back stating the order was delivered via USPS. Never made it to my house so I went to the local PO and asked if they had a package for me...nothing.

So back I go trying to get a tracking number to sort this out. Bestbuygolfsupply will not give me any info regarding shipment. They now claim I am a crook trying to rip them off. I have since turned this over to my credit card company and just to be safe...requested a new credit card number.

I wish I would have researched their company and read these reviews. Stay away from this place. I have never dealt with a company like this in my life.
