My dealings with "Best" Engines and now Engine Exchange have been less then admirable. I purchased a rebuilt engine from the beginning I had problems. I was not given the correct parts to were to be included with my engine. There was a knock on the bottom end from the start. In my situation, I have had to hear that the mechanics that I had install my rebuilt engine didn't know what they were doing, yet all the cars that they have installed with other companies engines are still running. I have had my car in the Best shop three times, each time they tried to charge me extra, delayed the return of my vehicle due to excuses and still the engine blew. Within all the complaints, there are responses that lead the fault back to consumer error. I would like to know how many engines they sell and to whom, if the customers are reputable repair shops the shops should have no problem stepping up, since the product they are selling is so great. I would recommend that Best/Engine Exchange provide us, the consumers, a list of their customers that could give us glowing recommendations. Perhaps, I would feel better knowing that "we" are the their "few" mistakes. The bottom line is we all can't be wrong!
