no delivery
I placed an order for a shell for Nintendo DS on 31 Jan11.When i found out on 2 Feb11 that their offices for closed until 11Feb in lieu of Chinese New Year Celebrations, I emailed them to cancel the order as no money had been taken out of my account. but on 10feb they sent me email that the order has been dispatched, and on checking my account on the same day they had taken money out as well. I was so angry as on their website they had clearly displayed that no deliveries would be made during that period and on the weekends. Anyways i emailed them again for refund of money as i knew they donot do any dispataches on weekends but they replied again saying that in order to claim refund i need to return undamaged good to them. How on earth am i suppose to return the undelivered goods. So i waited and am still waiting for the goods to be delivered . This is just unethical of what they did to me. Their customer service us appauling.

What kind of company allows the transaction, only to send the customer an email three weeks afterwards, to say the product is unavailable
I bought 2 different keyrings from the website in January 2011. About THREE weeks later an email came, saying they were out of stock for both products and suggested to me some "alternative items"... I email back to ask for the refund instead - they required me to open a Paypal account. Paypal had the minimal amount to withdraw - £0.07 short of the refund from www.bestofferbuy.com
What kind of company allows the transaction, only to send the customer an email three weeks afterwards, to say the product is unavailable? Absolutely disgusting.
