Please, do not use this site
I inquired this company upon placing my order about the genuinity of their transaction and other things, that's their reply: ' Hi, when transfering the money online, the address is not required. We only ask you the address if you transfer from a Western union office. We are legit and are not scammers, don t worry about your order ! I noticed that the status of your transfer is 'awaiting authorisation' - You should call customer service to confirm payment. We had a few customers reported to customs when saying to Western Union what was the purpose of the transaction. If you wish to take this risk, then fine ! Remember that you should always try to be as discreet as you can regarding this purchase. Regards' Then, upon payment completed: 'Hi. Thanks for your order and for choosing us ! We noted that this is your first order on our site and hope a long and stable business relation with you ! This e-mail is to confirm that we accepted and received your payment and that the products you ordered are currently in stock. They will be shipped tomorrow and you will receive them in 10 days from now. If you have the time, please let us know the day you received them as we are currently updating our statistics. Best regards.' 11 days later, I started the send nudges, as the cigarettes never got there. Eventually I wrote: Would you pls let me know what is happening with the cigarettes? Would you pls answer or I have to write everywhere to get your site labeled as fraudolent? thanks. And they replied: We have noted your mail threats and we will try to answer as simply possible.It goes without saying that the death threats, denunciations all the police of the worldwide, INTERPOL, FBI, BBC, CUSTOMS, TRESURE DEPARTMENT etc. .. clearly remains no effect because the mere fact that you denounce illegal purchase proves your level of réflexion.And is if we leave that aside, your only argument against us is that you do not receive the goods you ordered.We invite you to read once more the SALE CONDITIONS that you have accepted before ordering.They will stipulate that we are in no way responsible for a loss as a dispatch order. To preserve your privacy we have explained that we deliver without tracking, which in addition to the best price you receive, you no longer have to give your signature delivery. We deliver these goods from several countries and by different post offices in the world which is unfortunately far from ensuring a serious country like your destination.Before ordering the goods (which we hope we recommend you be assured comply with your legislation), you can always complain if you think you are within your rights, lawyers are for this..If this is not the case we recommend you avoid ridicule and to find a serenity that you seem to have lost.We believe this explains the case, and unfortunately could not add anything more, you see this message as the last that we share. With our regrets to have to lose sometimes customers, please accept our greetings Then, I wrote back to them pointing out the complete lack of customer service and implying their rudness, besides my concern about their honesty, and I got 2 replies: 1- ' Your package was sent on time. We went to post office and they told us it left as usual : no tracking number . Did you receive a fine or anything ?' 2- 'HI Sir/Madam, we received your message and we sorry we did not reply to it before but we are very busy at the moment and I personnaly checked and I confirm you that your package was sent on time. Are you the only one that can access your mailbox ? Did you receive any notification from the Customs ? With the problems that recently happened in Thailand, your case is not the only one. But as the packages are not traceable (to protect both our and your privacy), I cannot give you an answer regarding the actual location of your package and we are not responsible for the delays or losses of the postal carrier ( as mentionned in our sales condition ). Sorry for the disagrement, we understand your feelings but please understand us to. We will not refund or continue to exchange e mails regarding this problem. Please let us know if you receive this package at the mean time. Best regards Customer service.' Never got anything. They are scammers. I found several testimonials of horrible experience by other people searching further on the Internet. Please, do not use this site. You are just going to lose your money. It is so sad to deal with criminals!!! I wrote to the FBI. I'm about to write more and more on the Internet, whatever suitable site I find. Good luck to you, and please, be wiser than me.
