they took 99.90 dollars from my credit card when the website said it was £19.95. this is a scam and i am having trouble getting my money back

Got message of trojans ans other viruses. To clean them up one time payment of$19.95 but was charged $99.90. What actions need to be taken for refund?

This company ripped me off to the tune of $82.00
This company ripped me off to the tune of $82.00. My computer said I had 38 virus, ect. would not let me run my virus protection I had to buy their "virus program". To top it off I not can't find it any where on my computer! I don't have much money right now... watching my pennies because I just lost my husband and I could use the $82.00.

fraudulent charge
My daughter received a notice that there were 49 viruses on her computer - the only way to get them off was to buy this software or it would crash. It charged my BofA card $99.90 after it said it was $69.90. I called BofA today and they were able to get me the 18004199078 phone number - it does not have a company name at all - after 12 minutes of music someone answered - they did not ask me for my entire card number only a partial number - confirmed the charge and said they would refund it - we will see -

Credit Card Scam
These jerks lock up your computer and threaten that your computer will crash if you don't immediately buy their virus scan. ($59.90 for 1 year) Miraculously, the worms, Trojans and viruses disappear. Then you find that your card has been hit for $99.90. I can find not way to contact the company with a Baku, Azerbaijan address. Beware! I suspect I have just been robbed of money that will eventually fund the Taliban. This company has also operated in Pakistan. How do I get in touch with them? Anybody know?

Actual charge on our credit card was $79.00 for nothing
Stopped me from getting into the internet, saying "warning" computer has trojan virus, etc. etc. Could not get in or turn off. All we had to do is pay $60 for 1 year membership and they would take care of the problem. Everything disappeared as we paid. Actual charge on our credit card was $79.00 "At the end of .com leave a space then add baku, or it won't open.

When they take your credit card, they will overcharge your card
This company scams people by letting them think they have a virus problem. When they take your credit card, they will overcharge your card.
