Rip off
I bought a Swiss Replica Watch from BestSwiss.com and after two months it stopped working. I contacted their customer service personnel and returned it for warranty work as they directed. That was 8 months ago and they have not returned my watch, returned my money, or offered a new watch as replacement. I paid for the watch with a credit card and am in the process of contesting the charge. If you are thinking of buying any merchandise from BestSwiss.com, charge it to a major credit card, and if they do not follow through with their promises or obligations, contest the charge immediately despite any additional promises they may make. Do not give them a second chance or the benefit of the doubt!
