This company is a complete fake! After placing an order 4/13/10, for a SWISS made watch, sent next day delivery, I was told a couple of days later to notice that it was a special order watch and would take 2 weeks. I said ok to that. It is now 5/19/10 and I got an email the other day saying it was being shipped from China directly to me through the post office - WTF? I've pasted the scammers email below explaining away why a "Swiss" watch would come from China. Luckily, I've already disputed the charges on my credit card and been credited back the $971. Someone needs to shut these people down!

Don't beleive it the watch they sent me was partially gold plated with a cheap Asian 25 jewels and a toy looking Rolex dial.

Save your money and do your research and always pay by credit card, I wish I had used my credit card, I went through western union and lost hundreds of dollars.

I purchased a rolex submariner replica for $1, 000.00. After receiving the watch the stem fell out after 2 months. I sent it back and they replaced it. The stem fell out again after 10 months. They then stated it would cost me $100.00 to repair since it was off warrentee. I sent them a $100.00 money order and after 5 months of not hearing from them I made a complaint. I was told the jewler had lost the watch and many others but if I sent another $200.00 I could receive another new watch. I told them they were ripping me off and I just wanted my watch back or else. I was informed by the then manager James Washington that there was nothing I could to them as they were offshore. I haven't heard from them since. That was about a year ago. I now hear they are offering the same watch for $750.00. Sounds like word is getting around. Do NOT do business with this company. My new watch is a G-Shock and keeps better time than the other for less than $100.00. Don't fall for their lies and deceptions.

I have recently ordered from Bestswiss.com a 2005 Daytona Oyster Perpetual with Stainless Steel bracelet and Black Face model number 93 for $1600. I paid for my order with my American Express credit card.

When i called Bestswiss.com the person who answered the phone would not give me her name. She told me that Bestswiss.com will be shipping my order out as of July 1st. I called Bestswiss.com back on July 1st and was told that it would be shipped out within 24 hours.

It is now July 30th and i still have not received my order. And i bet Bestswiss.com has no intentions of doing so. So now what do i do about this company.
