over-charged
I ordered 2 different trial get slim packages from better health, and each cost $7.95. After checking my credit card account, I discovered that I had been charged $106.17 for each.
I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the company to demand a refund, but only receive automated emails in return.

I will not be using them again
On 9th february i was invited by e-mail to order one course of Akai Reduce and One course of Acai Cleanse at the special rate of £2.94 each. I ordered both these products as I am trying to lose weight on a diet and was given to understand these would help. I was checking my bank on-line on 15/05/2011 when to my horror I saw FOUR debits 2 for £65.49 and 2 for £4.24.
I only ordered these products and did not agree to join any club etc.
The Acai Reduce arrived by post within 2 days but I am still waiting for the Acai Cleanse. I then saw a programme called "Rip off Britain" on 16/02/2011 which featured this type of scam.
I have written to Better Health and am awaiting a reply but will not be holding my breath!!!
Beware the scammers with addresses ".com"
I will not be using them again!!!

Stay away
I ordered a free trial of the "Get Slim Package" and printed out a receipt for the shipping and handling which was $6.95. But, my credit card was charged the $6.95 plus $99.95. I did a search on the website and found that this is a scam! I haven't even recieved the product and now that I am reading more on this company and the person who is responsible for these scams (Deepak Agarwal) I am in the process of trying to contact the company for a refund. I have also contacted my credit card company. I did not authorize the charge of $99.95 nor did I receive any notification that I would be charged that amount. Don't feed into these scams!!!

dishonour their own contracts
I am in Australia. I ordered Acai daily tracker and colon cleanse. Tried phoning USA and UK numbers to cancel within the 3 day period but to no avail so I sent an email to their legal department (also within the same 3 day period) cancelling my order but they still debited my card. They do NOT bide by there own contract. What a rip off!
