Whenever I subsribed to the Better Homes & Gardens magazine, it said that if you subscribed for two years you would get a Better Homes Cookbook, well I still haven't got the cookbook yet, what gives, I was really looking forward to getting this cookbook. I would really like to know why that I still haven't got it.
