I need some favor from your side. One company in your country cheated us.

The Name of the company is
BETTER WORLD ENTERPRSIES
76967 Jalan Raja Uda, 12300, butterworth, Province Wellesley Malaysia.

They said our company manufacturing the computer paper of A4 size. They offer me a very good price, so that we can plan to import the same & sale in India. They send me his certificate of the manufacturing paper which is issued from Malaysia Government. So we can trust on his company.

We plan to import 500 reams for a sample purpose. If the quality of the same is good so we can import more quantity. So I send the mail to Better World Enterprises for 500 reams. They said there is no problem we can provide you 500 reams in first order. They send me the Performa invoice of the same of 500 reams.

So I submitted the Performa invoice along with my complete documents in my bank for transfer the payment. But the bank rejected the same because of the bank account is not name in Better world Enterprise. They mention the personal account number of his company CEO is name of FARIDAH BINTI RAMLI.

I will confirm the same issued to Mr. Farid Muhammad of BETTER WORLD ENTERPRISE. They said we cannot used company bank account for the small quantity order payment. Please transfer the payment of my CEO account which is mention in Performa invoice. They said I favor you we can change the company name in the Performa, I mention the FARIDAH BINTI RAMLI where is mention BETTER WORLD ENTERPRISES for you, so you can easy to transfer the payment. After that they send me the new Performa in name of FARIDAH BINTI RAMLI of USD 575.

I will transfer the USD 575 as per performa invoice mention account number, after transfer the Payment on his account on 30 may 2011, they said you material will be dispatch on Tuesday May 31, 2011.

But May 31, 2011 they send me the mail. I highlight the massage of the same for your ready reference.

We want to inform you that my boss is completely against the selling below the minimum quantity order which is 1x20ft container and has requested you to step up your order a little bit more. My boss want you to add some more quantity before shipment can be done.

Therefore, my boss want you to make an additional 1000 reams to the 500 reams you already order in other to enhance shipment to you. Without the additional the 1000 reams, my boss won’t allow us to do the shipment. Price per ream...$0.65USD x 1000 reams = $650Usd, that’s the amount that is expected of you to be transferred to us now for the payment of the additional 1000 reams.
Kindly proceed with the payment of the sum of $650Usd to our bank account and get back to us with the transfer slip after which shipment will be done to you.

My reply is before sending the payment you are not confirms this thing. If you not send the 500 reams so you can return back my money. So the answer of Better world enterprises is mention below in green color.

If you won’t add more items to the 500 reams, then we will refund your money back to you but take proper note that we have to deduct the below amounts from the money sent.

Total...$370Usd - $575Usd sent = $205Usd.

$205Usd will be sent to you and the transfer fee will be removed fro the sum of $205Usd.

Our refund policy states that you will have to wait for another 31 days before refund can be done to you, so take note that your money will be sent back to you within the next 31days.

Now they said to me if you transfer the USD 650 of 1000 reams. So we can dispatch the shipment otherwise I will not supply the material of 500 reams & return back money the money of only USD 205 but I transfer the USD 575 in his. So please do some favor what should I do. I hope you can help me & solve this issue.
