It has been three weeks, and they have not answered my calls or emails. They have not processed my order.

I live in Englans, U.K and wonder if this is partly why Betterbodz.com think they can rip me off??? Maybe they realise I am unlikely to be able to assert my consumer rights as an international customer and thus am "fair game"??

I ordered two containers of Bill Grant Nutrition Creatine Cocktail (5.2 lbs) on-line and paid $77.45 including shipping and handling on 27-04-08. The website stated delivery was available to the UK within 28 days.

I waited 6 weeks and then checked the progress of the order on-line which said the order was still being "processed". A bit worried I then emailed betterbodz countless times and got no reply.

Finally, at some cost to myself, I called them and spoke to a lady who said that due to some problem at US customs they were unable to ship this product to the UK and that in due course my money would be refunded. She said about 10 days or so...

I waited and waited and called and emailed and left messages again with absolutely no reply. This continued for some months until I finally got through to someone named Carleigh the day before yesterday 16-10-08 who said that her manager would call or email me, which they failed to honour - suprise suprise!! Bu then yesterday Carleigh emailed me to say the following: "Ben I am looking into your refund. Unfortunately it is over our time frame to refund your credit card back through our system. I will look into other options with my manager tomorrow. Thank you".

I emailed Carleigh straight back to ask for clarification and am still awaiting a reply... methinks they are playing a game with me because I do not live in New York and thus am unable to go to their office and throw rotten tomatoes at them...!

For anyone thinking of ordering from Betterbodz.com: IF YOU ARE AMERICAN YOU MAY BE LUCKY (BUT I DOUBT IT...) IF YOU ARE ENGLISH OR LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY THEN DON'T BOTHER UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY QUICKER THAN WATER RUNS THROUGH YOUR FINGERS!!

WHY CAN'T WE ALL TRUST EACH OTHER AND BE HONEST, OUR PARENTS DIDN'T BRING US UP TO RIP PEOPLE OFF DID THEY???? WELL MINE DIDN'T ANYWAY!!!
