Copyright Infringement
2nd one - thought I could sell it, since the price was so good. I got the 1st one and was very suspicious because everything looked copied. They were very good to email me and even gave me the phone number (though it is impossible to find on their website now!) prior to my wanting to return them of course, and I talked to them more than once, however, once I began accusing them of selling me pirated software, they immediately began to ignore me and never answered me again despite several emails. Nor of course would they refund my money ($150X2=$300 roughly). They claimed that they got these from someone in the US and it was a valid source. After checking with Steve Nison's website and the legal detail there, I became convinced even more that it was pirated. The DVD cover was a copy - the print was fuzzy - not a professional source document. And the DVD labels were obviously copies. I hope I can help someone else avoid these unsroupulous people by this posting!

Fraudulent activity
Beware of Bettertrades. They are con artists and liars. Luckily i only invested the $995 downpayment. Bfeore you buy the program, the salespeople tell you will make the deposit back at the 2 day seminar where they do live trading. The only problem is they don't do live trading there. Also the lifetime FREE seminars cost $100 to attend. The classes you want to take online are not free only mentor classes and they leave you needing to take the classes that cost money, The seminars that you want to attend are not free either. They all cost $1500 or more. And the system does not work Unless you buy their products totaling $6000 you don't stand a chance. And just so you know, I practiced with their calls and puts and lost money 2 out of 3 times. Foerget trying to make $12000 with just $500. It can't be done.
They are scammers, plain and simple.
They won't give you your money back and as soon as you ask, they cut off communication with you,
BEWARE!

PISSED TOO!
I'm 29... was seriously considering signing up the other day...
Now imagine an elder loved one... signing up for this scam...
Now imagine them being unemployed.. or they just lost their retirement... or trying to retire... or they have no access to the internet or do not know they can research all these complaints... losing all their finances...
What about a family with children losing their finances b/c of this? What about someone who ends up taking their own life b/c of the loss of finances? (ALL of these are happening in this economy.)
... I'm with you, PISSED...
...Scammers will NOT scam us good Americans anymore!
LET'S BRING THESE JERKS TO THE PUBLIC EYE... THEY DESERVE SOME PUBLICITY... A LOT.

I went last night to the "free workshop" with hopes of "financial freedom" and helping my parents retire...
My friend suggested researching it before paying ... THANK GOODNESS!!
One employee stopped us on the way out and in our converation repeated 2x that I could write a check/credit card and think about it and just cancel within 3 days if I wanted... Said it 2x within 2-3 minutes!
I saw about 8 hard working Americans signing up for this when I was leaving. It is heartbreaking to think of what they could lose...
We need to do something!!
I am seriously thinking about going to the next workshop with these complaints printed out and hand them to people BEFORE they walk in the door ... Or persist on asking several questions outloud in front of the group at the end of the session!!! Better yet, I should ask them at the beginning so no one gets their hopes up or wastes thousands of dollars!
Let's get the MEDIA involved!!! Who is with me? Anyone in the Atlanta area?????????? (Gave fake e-mail b/c I am becoming skeptical of everything now!... Please post a reply to ALL.)
