Where do I start? On a blizzard like day on a Saturday in Feb 2010 we came across a CTS Cadillac at Betten Chevrolet in Muskegon MI. After testing driving it etc...we purshased the vehicle after being promised to fix the scratches that were on it etc... After they cleaned it off we noticed more scratches but were promised that they could remove them also if I brought it in. So I brought it in maybe a week later and after I picked it up the scratches were still there and was told that it was too cold for the body shop guy to do it right. So I was told to bring it in when It warms up. Well..guess what. After numerous calls to get it fixed *again* I was told I would have to bring it to Twin Lakes, MI because my saleman was transferred there to a new auto business that Betten purshased! Great..so I call Jay numerous times about that and the passenger air bag light was on. Of course he would never call back. (( I have a mother at an asst living center that had a stroke and I couldn't spend every day trying to get ahold of Betten after they should be calling me back.)) They even had my cell phone number so no excuse. To top it off a couple weeks ago Jay said he was trying to call me but my number was chnaged! Hmmm..news to me! Well we figured out that he was calling the wrong area code! What??? He knew I didn't live in Muskegon. Why call that area code?? The head mechanic is terribly rude so I refuse to try to deal with him. He told me that it isn't surprising that it came from Jay. ((whatever that means)) I was told twice..yes twice..that the salesman ((Jay Stanton)) was new. So I guess it's my problem now because my saleman is new? I was given 2 sets of keys..got home and only 1 worked so I am now..yes after waiting almost 8 months later waiting for another set of keys and remote! It's a joke! I have left messages with Jay this week ((and previously weeks)) and also with the owner of Betten Chevrolet in Muskegon. SHOCK!!! They haven't called me back so this is why I am writing you.
