scam
Beverly Hills Smile, World Fitness, Ultifresshhwell, Dazzle White, Beauty Secrets, Weight Secrets and I don't know how many more. I am an ultra-cautious individual when ordering, yet I too was scammed. When ordering a sample amount of a teeth whitening product you are asked for your zip code and name to see if you qualify. Since I live in Hawaii, I am used to these questions as many companies won't ship to Alaska and Hawaii. You then enter the next page and a wonderful, glowing recommendation of the producr as seen on ABC, Oprah and a host of other phony testimonials. Then you order. No mention of any other products that will be shipped. You are in the clear, right? WRONG !! Back up one page. When you are asked for the zip code to find if you are eligible, at the bottom of the page you need to click on Terms and Conditions. There you will find you have just authorized them to charge your credit card for anything and everything they want. And if it doesn't go through, they can break it down to smaller amounts and charge everyday until they want to stop (which of course they don't). The banks say they can't do anything until you tell them to stop because you gave them permission. So you spend hours reaching these "multiple companies" (which of course have no connection with each other even tho' they have the same address) and one (DAZZLE SMILE) a nice person says, "No problem. Just return the product by (date) and your order is cancelled. I've have just sent you an email with the address and directions for shipping. Please copy this return authorization number (which he then reads to you a 15 digit alpha-numeric code) on to the outside of the package." An hour or two later you receive the email with no address or shipping instructions and a phone number which has been disconnected.
REPORT YOUR CREDIT CARD LOST OR STOLEN. DON'T JUST ASK FOR A NEW NUMBER AS that can follow to a new card. So people, you have to read the fine print on every page ...not just the order page.
