Beware of Luxor Auto Group! Luxor Auto Group sold me a 2005 Corvette off an ebay auction that was advertised as flawless!
The car arrived in Florida with a broken windshield, scratches, dents and rock chips all over the front end were covered with Turtle Wax Color Magic or Black shoe wax to hide the damage on the paint in addition to rock chips in the windshield and scratches on the quarter panels. The body was is fair to poor condition, the paint is in poor condition. Luxor Auto Group refuses to this day to replace the windshield and only paid to have the windshield patched. When you purchase a car advertised as flawless you don't expect to receive a car with a broken windshield. Luxor Auto Group prides themselves as being a high end dealership however my experience with Luxor is anything but that and to the contrary I would have expected this kind of falsehood from a back alley, buy here, pay here fly by night dealership.
Luxor Auto Group sold me a car advertised as flawless and the 2005 Corvette had the following issues;
1. Broken Windshield - They would not replace broken windshield
2. Tires rubbed in wheel well - They paid to have the car raised.
3. Rock chips all over car in addition to scratches in paint down to primer. They refused to fix paint.
4. All blemishes in paint were covered with either Turtle wax color magic or black shoe wax.
When I wash the car the color comes off with each wash revealing more rock chips and paint damage. Can you believe that? I've never seen anything like it before. How low can you go?
The bottom line! Beware of Luxor Auto Group, Justin Brennen was the saleman. Needless to say he's tasked with one mission. Sell those cars!
The issues I've experienced are at a corporate level. The salesman didn't hide all the blemishes and issues the LUXOR AUTO GROUP dealership did! However the salesman lied about everything along wtih the dealership. The salesman even stooped so low as to tell the car carrier transport company to not report the broken windshield.
Again, how low can you go right! So to those of you reading this don't do what I did. Don't buy a car online from a dealer especially Luxor Auto Group.
BEWARE OF LUXOR AUTO GROUP
I have all receipts and pictures to prove all facts stated above.
