Super frustrating and naturally, I shall not be purchasing from them again

I was invited to join the website and on the first day (over a month ago at this point) ordered few items. Then within one week I placed 3 more orders. A month has passed. I was charged. I have not recieved anything. Customer service is saying that USPS cannot find the address that I gave them, but USPS, FEDEX, and UPS deliver to my agency on a regular basis. I was told my orders were re-routed back to them, then sent back to me. Still nothing. This is super frustrating and naturally, I shall not be purchasing from them again.

I will never use this site again and will spread the word to everyone I know not to buy anything from them

Ordered several items and by the time the first one arrived I had already ordered another item. BIG MISTAKE!!! Quality is not as expected and as noted in other reviews you pay for it up front and then wait a month or two for your order to arrive with no notification that its going to be delayed. When you call all you get is a run around about when it will be shipped. By the time I got may package the event I needed it for was already over. They won't allow you to cancel the order even though it hadn't shipped and I had to go purchase the item I needed elsewhere. Now they won't give me my money back if I return what they sent me, only an in-store credit. The last thing I want is a credit at BTR that I have to use. I will never use this site again and will spread the word to everyone I know not to buy anything from them. A RIP OFF!
