Unnecessary charges
Hi
My name is Vijaya, I am registered user of Bharat Gas . I recently moved from Miraroad to Naigoan East. I have the transfer papers in place. I contacted the Naigoan branch with the transfer documents. They informed to pay 220 for the computerisation for which they are not going to provide any reciept. Are there any charges like this.
Kindly look into the matter.

poor sevice
I m a customer of barath gas for the past 15 years infact i had very good service in mumbai but after my transfer to bangalore i'm facing lot of problems, i'm a holder of double cylinder since from 28/09/2005 Distibutor code - 611867 Name - Mahalakshmi enterprises #2153 2nd
cross 17th main Hal 2nd stage Bangalore 38 I had booked a cylinder
on 19th june 2010 over the phone the reception was not patient enough to give me the booking no on 07/07/2010 i rang up again to find out the status of the booking but i was astonised to find that there isno booking against my consumer no 41770 then there after i had personally visted
the dealer but i was helpless and informed that my cylinder could be arranged only after 15 days but i approached the same dealers delivery
boy has given me the cylinder for Rs 550 but the normal cost 370 is the dealer a corrupt person it is spoiling your reputation. expecting immediate action before other customers are affected and your image is tarnished

gas theft
in our neighbour hood, the supplier of bharat gas borrow the cylinder from the company and tampered the and make them 2 from 1 cylinder.the crime is happen in plot no. RZ F-8 tamilar enclave dabri palam new delhi pin -110045.i submit the photos of the crime.

POOR SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDER
Dear Sir,
I was a consumer of Indane Gas since 1987 in Mayiladuthurai Town. After the introduction of Vignesh Bharat Gas Agency in Mayiladuthurai, I was shifted to the new agency under consumer No.5173. From the day one I was shifted, I was not given prompt delivery of cooking gas cylinder. I have to telephone several times to the agency to get a refill. Usually, they will supply without bill, If I insists for bill they will not give gas cylinder. I have a doubt whether they supply domestic cylinders to commercial purpose. I have booked for a refill on 21/05/2010. I was told that a waiting period of 15 days is prevaling to obtain the same. Even after 15 days elapsed I telephoned them everyday, till date I was not supplied gas cylinder. I am very much annoyed to be a customer of your agency. In this connection, I seek your intervention to get me gas cylinder in time.

less supply of gas and no documents recd. with new connection
Gas Cylender supplied by Satish Gas Agencies Haus Khas on 20.2.2008 but it's weight is less 3 to 4 kg.Pplease lodge the complaint and take the necessary action as per norms. and the documents given with the connection was not recd.my agency is malad gas agency malad east mumbai, and my consumer no. is 34128

Gas delivery
Dear Sir
Las delivery was made on 18-4-2010 in consumer number RG-17952, when contacted over phone on 12-5-2010 for reffill booking, they infomed that after 28 dayes of last delivery booking can be made, today i rangup to both the tel no.s 0680-2202528 and 2215926 . they are not reviceing the calls, every month they are harrsing the custumers . Please take necessary step on this issue .

Gas leakage
Sir,
We have a Bharat gas connection # 3458 from Prasanth Gas Agency, Cherthala, Alleppey, Kerala. We have noticed gas leakage from the cylinder received last. On complaining, one tech attended the fault, but he could not locate or rectify the fault. When contacted the dealer, he asks us to bring the regulator to their office. Here we have checked the regulator with another cylinder from our neighbor and found the regulator OK.
After many complaints, the agency is not attending the leakage. The poor/negative response from the dealer cause us difficulty in managing the day to day house hold works.
