delay in supply of refill
I have booked a refill with bahrat gas to be supplied by 113559 ASHOKA STORES as per
Ref. No.. 458197 14.2 Kg Cylinder 2009-12-21 QTY 1 and Ref. No. 446023 14.2 Kg Cylinder 2009-12-16 QTY 1
there has been no response from the dealer or the company at
Bharatgas CRC,

Delay in new connection-Harrassment
Dear sir,
I stay at Thane - Khopat . I went to BHARAT GASCOURT NAKA THANE(W), THANE 400601, MAHARASHTRA for a new connection. They said that it will given in 5 minutes flat provided I buy the Hotplate from them. I gave them all the documents they asked for like Address proof, Pan card copy, Attested copy of Ration Card, My company details etc.
But when I refused to take their Hotplate ( as it looked substandard), they are delaying the same and say it will take 15 days to 1 month for the connection and the tone of the conversation has changed from servicing to delaying tactics which is highly unfair and unlawful.
I understand that Bharat Gas is one of the finest company to deal with and they listen to the consumer complaint quick and fast.
I am in dire need of a new connection as I am getting married.
Could you please intervene and get the gas conncetion by 28th December please??

want to change connection name
Dear Sir/Bharat GAS
I want to change my Bharat gas connection Name right now it is in the name of my Father but he had passed away last month(july) now Bharat gas`s guys says it is not possible to change connection name (not tell me the reason for that) pls help and let me know if there is some legal problem My bharat gas connection is located in GURGAON AT NEW RAILWAY ROAD

Not delivery of Gas
Sir,
I am Devaki, my booking no of bharat gas is 25965 at Arumbakkam chennai - 600 106. I booked the gas on 23.11.09. I have only one cylinder in my name. Our gas agency not delivery the cylinder to our house. they are saying it will take 15 days time to delivery. I am explained to her we have only one cyclinder. Now I am very much strugling to cook in kerosine stove. I made 15 calls to Bharat gas agency. They are not taken any further steps to delivery.
Kindly proceed my complaint against Bharat Gas.
Kindly arrange to delivery the gas today itself.

non delivery of LPG cylinder
I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 36067 my details:
Mr.S.G.Surpur

10 days back but till today I have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor but did not get any proper response.Since we have only one cylinder and have small kids and aged people staying in home it is extremly difficult to manage.

Delay in supplying of refill gas cylinder
Dear Sir,
I am Joseph, aged 60 years, retired having BP gas connection. We are big family and we consume gas 15 to 18 day only. Consumer no. is 1023. The agency name is Sree Mahalakshimi Enterpraises, at Indranagar, Bangalore. I had booked gas on 21st of Sep. 2009 and my bookong no. is 355716. When I contacted the agency they are telling, I have to wait for 15 days. Everuy month I am facing this problem. We are facing this problem only with this agency. Other agencies are giving gas within 3 to 4 days and they displaying openly about the wating period. I am spending about Rs 130/- to purchase private 1.5kg cylinder . Monthly I am spending about Rs. 780/-( 6 nos. of 1.5 kg cylinders) Please help me in this regard to get refill cylinders with in 2 or 3 days and the needful.
