Dear Sir / Madam
Reg : Problem in cylinder - not attended EMERGENCY CALL - not rectified till time (29.09.09 - 07.15 pm) .
Ref : Consumer No.8062.
[Distributor : K. RAMANAIAH GAS AGENCY, VALASARAVAKKAM, CHENNAI-87.]
=======================================================================
A fresh new cylinder was delivered by the above agency on 24.09.09.
Today morning (29.09.09), when my wife tried to connect the new cylinder, she noticed that there was some gas leakage
and hence she informed - regarding this to the above mentioned gas agency after trying numerous calls.
They are not at all responding our calls. Simply the telephone bell is ringing and nobody is responding.
The above agency is simply ignored the call and till this evening (29.09.09) nobody was turned up to attend an emergency call and
I noticed 2 Emergency Service Cell No. on the rear side of the bill that was issued by the above agency :
(1) 9884803724 & (2) 9962061111.
The 2nd mentioned cell no. was in OFF status.
When I rang up to the 1st no.9884203724, he simply told me that he was not at all responsible for PORUR Area and added
that I have to inform the Agency itself and they would take care of it. He told me to close the cylinder and keep it in an open place.
If so, why those above mentioned 2 Nos. was printed in the rear side the bill ??
I told him that I would defenitely make a complaint in the Customer Complaint Cell regarding this.
He replied so cool - 'OK Sir, Please Proceed.'
Is this the way that these persons would respond ??? And what for these people ???
This is very much hurtful. No body is taking responsibility. If something goes wrong, then
what is the use of talking about this afterwards ??
Very sorry to convey this to you.
You are telling "YOUR SAFETY OUR CONCERN" and please tell me what is the safety that you are providing ?
You are also ISO Certified.
I didn't expect such a worst service of yours.
If you take some good step, then it will help to save some life who would be in DANGER.
With regards
G. Jagadeesan
