I have broadband connection no. 0731 2432533.
I am being a retired man I took the telephone connection with the broad band facility since Sept.2009.BSNL was regular for billing for my connection of 1GB @ Rs. 250/ and I also remain regular in paying the same up to the month of June 2010. For the month of July & Aug.2010 they billed dated 30/10/2010 @ Rs. 250 per month itself.
The bill was to be paid on or before 10/12/2010. And it was paid.
Again for the month Sept., Oct., Nov.2010, a consolidated bill for Rs.7223/ was raised . On my visit to BSNL, their Executives were showing so busy that one directed to another and I was advised to go for unlimited plan @ Rs. 499/ p.m., but you have to deposit the amount of this bill in any way . I submitted the application immediately and got registered there itself. I was compelled to deposit the bill as it was with the assurance that they will modify the data and I will not get the problem repeated.
Today again I received a bill for the month of Dec.2010, Jan., Feb., & Mar.2011. amounting to Rs.7046/-.(consolidated).
I am being a retired person you can very well understand that I can Not afford to deposit such a huge amount for telephone only. And that too instead of @Rs.250/ p.m. it had been billed for huge amount .
I may here also state that if at all it does not fall within their scheme, on receipt of monthly bill in normal time, I would have noted the position and could have taken corrective steps in time.
Billing by BSNL for a number of months at a time has put me in a very awkward position . I therefor request to get me waived all the additional charges which have been levied.I am ready to pay the regular charges every month.Kindly help me as I am a retired man and having no other source of income except pension.
