Worst service!
I have registered for additional Gas Cylinder at Agency Panvel Gas Sevice – Panvel mahad Branch one month back. I was promised that allotment will be done within Five days. But i have not received the cylinder in the last 30 days. Whenever i call, the line is always engaged and sometimes they said out of stock... such irresponsible reply.

No proper delivery
I had booked for a cylinder on 17/12/07 and my residence is just 2 km from the service provider's office. Its more than 20 days and I have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 50 phone calls to the Prateek Enterprises, Banaswadi, Bangalore (nearest service provider) and reminded them and also talked to the Manager. But there has be no use. They said they will send tomorrow, it never happens though..
Please look in to the issue or else i m going to launch a complaint at the consumer court against bharatgas.

poor delivery
LATE DELIVERY
I had booked for a cylinder on 19./11/07 and my house is just four km from the service provider's office. Its more than 10 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the SREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY, BHAVANI ROAD, HEBBUGODI, BANGALORE- 560099 --phone no- 080-27833959, 27835733(nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.
I think this is a common problem most of us are facing. I don't understand why they do not abide by the words they say.
Can anyone let me know how to bring this issue to their management.
