I'm Airtel customer using the cell services for more than one year. the billing is totally unsatisfactory and I have a doubt that they are charging me not for 60 seconds but for 57 or 58 seconds as a minute. The customer care executives are always busy and never respond the call. If they respond then they never give you satisfactory answer. If you are airtel customer then may god help you and for those who are going for a mobile connection …. I have an advise…. Free of cost…… better jump into any hell but don’t dare to try Airtel.
