Number gor barred
Hi,
I took Airtel corporate connection but my outgoing has been barred since 8 days due to my home address not getting verified. i lodged this complaint with the executive and it has been more than 10 days that nobody came for verification. the executive from whom I took the connection is Sheshadri (mob: 9845347750). I was asked that I should drop a mail and my reverification will be done. I was told daily that the executive for reverification will come tomorrow. i mentioned the time when I can be available at home but nobody ever came. Nothing happened for 10 days, nobody came for the reverification and now my incoming is also barred. I have tried talikng to this man but he doen't take my call now and my number is inactivated. i have atteched the mails that I repeatedly sent and recieved no response.

Stoppage of service without any reason
My Airtel prepaid connection no.9799060414 I was using for last 1.5months has been stopped without showing any reason or any prior intimation send to me. All the relavant documents were submitted to the Airtel outlet and they agreed and confirmed that the is registered successfully. Still I have a balance talk time of about 100 Rs. in this connection. Moreover I am staying outside my home town which causing trimendous tesion & anxiety in my home and with me here. I want to sort that out immediately. In this regard I have already send one SMS to two senior person of Airtel ( nos. 9829004177 & 9829004975 ) who are responsible for service in this region- have not received any response, now my service station in Bhiwadi, Alwar, Rajasthan is telling that the no. is permanently stopped & he cannot help.

call barring
I have submitted all KYC documents(address proof, identity proof) towards my connection no.9652610062. However my incoming calls are barred by the airtel and outgoing calls are very much available and sms also. Even after my repeated complaints through '121' so many number of times, and registered my complaints with them, they have failed in rectifying the problem. Even i tried to deactivate the incoming call barring a message is appearing on the screen that my password is blocked. The same problem i represented no. of times, they have not provided any solution. Please do the needful to get incoming calls to my above number

cheating the public
In 2007, the company sold two plans in mobile prepaid catagory named " 251RC - 6 yr validity and 252RC 6 year validity " and the same was also publicised on their website.
lacs of thousands of customers like me went for the same and the company initially extended the validity for 3 years and as explained by the dealers the validity was to be extended once more for 3 years after the first term expires .
Now on the eve of the first three years I wrote to airtel about the extension of validity for three more years as already promised and on the basis of which the plan was sold to the customers .
The co has now stated that the validity will cease after three years and the customers need to recharge for further validity thereby refusing to keep their promise they made while selling the plan to the customers - they all have been taken for a ride and the company has pocketed crores by cheating and false promise
The company' s action as above is nothing but cheating of lacs of customers- highly unethical, illegal and fit case of action by all the customers who bought the plans on their false promise
all of the customers who has brought the above plans 3 years back are requested to
a) lodge complaints individually against the co in the consumer court
b) they should write to telecom regulatory authority of Govt of india
C) should help me by sending the e mail to all your friends / addresses as much as possible for concerted mass action by all those affected <br
d) all such cheated customers should honestly quit airtel as soon as the mobile number portability is in place as such cheats should by taught a lesson by the public

irresponsible customer care
I lost my mobile service due to the carelessness of the employees of the service provider.As i submitted the documents properly, i lost my service due to the non update of my details. I need the reason for this activity of the service provider And i need to take necessary action among the concern persons by the service provider...

From last two months, I have received 4 messages like
-"thank you for downloading indo pak cricket 2007 from airtel. You have been charged Rs. 99."(12 th december 2009)
-"thank you for downloading jump free running from airtel. You have been charged Rs. 99."(20 th december 2009)
-"thank you for usuing subwapactress30 subscription service from airtel. You have been charged Rs. 30."(24 th december 2009)
-"thank you for downloading Rotatelt from airtel. You have been charged Rs. 99."(25 th december 2009)
Regarding this I talked to customer service, but they didn't give a positive response. Why i will pay as i haven't downloaded anything as mentioned in the above messages. Please airtel rectify this problem or i will simply quit this number.

SUBWAP MODEL 30 SUBSCRIPTION
Hi,
I am really disgusted with the messages i am receiving from 54321, 561234, 64611099, 64611050...I had been charged numerous times for some downloads in multiples of Rs.150, Rs.99 & Rs. 30 by this numbers. When i complained it to Airtel, Customer care hardly came up with any solution . Who's is going to give me a solution. On this messages I was also given a link http://gclub.in .
It will be great if somebody deactivate this service . Airtel seems to have no solution.

I received message from gclub that I subscribe sai baba, but I never subscribe but without obtaining my concent you deduct an amount of Rs.30/- per month from the last month which very bad on your part so you please un subscribe the same and dont send such messages

Issue with post paid billings
I am not sure whether any Bharati Airtel Official will ever have a look into this message. Since 2-3 months I am getting around Rs 400 extra in my Airtel Postpaid mobile BILL. When contacted Customer care, the person informed about GPRS activated in my mobile.
Yes, I had activated that my sending a message to 121 (AGPRS) and GPRS was activated within 4 hrs. This was around 15th July. However after 7 days I had sent a message to 121 DGPRS to deactivate the same... but no activity. It didn't got deactivated.
I have messaged 121 several times to deactivate GPRs, it gives me a confirmation regarding the activity, however there is no action taken. When contacted cust care, they informed that GPRS servers are down so call again tomorrow. Did the same again and again... but every time poor airtel's GPRS servers are down.
Contacted cust care again to deactivate my postpaid mobile number... someone informed that the services will be deactivated within 4 hrs. It is still 7 days and there is no activity.
And the best of everything... Superb customer care with all rude agents ready to fight but not ready to help.

post paid migration complain
dear sir i want to in form u that a few days ago ur costomer care execuative called me told me about some postpaid plans i liked the plan and told her to send a field executive to collect my documents and money he came and collected all the documents on 16 52008 and told me that i ll get the conection in 24 hrs but till now i ve not got the connection and more over when i call them they disconect the phone.sir r u making us fool by all this if this is the condition then i ll ve to quit airtel and take some other conection more over i ll also log a fake case in the near by police station regarding my money.so sir mya u be kind enough to look into the matter.
