Top Up Forgery
Subject: Airtel M-check Prepaid Top Up Failure

I tried to Top-Up my Airtel Prepaid Number through Mcheck application for Value Rs.333 using my SBI Credit card. I recieved all successful messages from SBI card with a Auth code and successful message from AIRTEL. But my balance was not updated.I approached the customer care for the first time and i am asked to wait for 3 days if it is not reflected it was advised as the amount will be credited back to the bank account but it was not happened. I contacted the customer care after 3rd day it was told that it was problem with the bank, i am asked to confirm the transaction success. I contacted the bank and the transaction was 100% successfull. I again updated the same to Customer care executives and supervisors. It was very clear that the transaction happened and it was fault with Airtel but i am still not able to recieve my money in my balance or in my bank account. It was more than 10 times i contacted the customer care. But it seems to be very careless handling. I lost my money Rs.333. It was 30 days and no action has been taken seriously. Is this the service airtel is giving us and i am using this number for more than 6 years.I am totally uncomfortable woth this service recently i experienced with AIRTEL.
I am very much worried to find the complaint service is not toll free and i had lost more money in making complaints. This is really making a negative impression on the provider. No one is following up the complaint raised to tyhe customer care.

Non Refund of payment
Dear Sir,
Myself Babu Naidu from ahmedabad, & my sim number is 9998843938, since january 2008, hello tune has been automatically activated on my sim which i didnot knew, and on 26 or 28 th jan'2008, Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my account towards this service, against this i made a telephonic complaint on 8th or 9th march on ur customer care number i.e. 121, and the custmer care representative had informed me that by mistake it has been automatically activated, company shall refund ur payment, the said service has been unsubcribed from ur end and confirmed me by sms on 9/03/08. But then after having made several reminders till date i could not get bac my deducted amount Rs. 30/-
Today on 31.03.2008, when i contacted at ur customer care department, Mr. Darshan Shah (Supervisor) and MR. Divyansh, has given me very rough answers, and behaved very very badly, answering me that u will not get ur refund, even mr, Darshan Shah told me that u can do whatever u can, but u may not be refunded. A giant organisation whose executives behave like this only for Rs, 30/- with ur customers, then what about ur reputations. I hv been continously trying for my refund, but all ur executive has been answering me that u may get refund with in 24 hrs, but 24 days has been passed, finally this type of bad experience, Please look at all the previous conversation if recorded by u, what ur executives has committed to me. If they hav initially told me that u may not get the refund, than i may not kept on calling you. But having made several reminders and false commitements by ur executives, it is very amazing to have such response from ur end. I would like to state that i hv two more connection in same name numbers are 9898574061 & 9898054061, u can check my records if needed. Both this numbers are post paid. I would like to hv ur positive reponse & ur responsiblity towards ur customers.
If ur response towards ur customers continueses like this than i shall hav to think whether to continue ur services on my other two numbers,

Security deposit not refunded back - since nov'06
I have discinnected the mobile no 9871724050 in nov'2006, the full and final settlement amount is Rs 1574.25 (Airtel to refund).I am n follow up with airtel since then, but every time they say, they have sent the cheque, but actually they have never sent as i have never received the refund cheque, also when i cal the customer care executives, they didnot attend the case properly and disconnects the call. I have even reistered the case with CORE (an online consumenr grivence site run by Ministry of consumer affars), but noone is working on that complaint.pls help me in getting the reufnd back
