poor service-land line
service provided by airtel while rectifying defects in landline and broadband of late has been poor to say the least.my home telephone has been out of order for over 48 hours now..to some extent that may be acceptable, however what is certainly not acceptable is shoddy response. i had loged my complaint on 26 mar forenoon and was given service request no 44560904 and informed that my request would be resolved by 26 mar 2011 by19:01:50 hrs.surprise surprise while no engineer visited the premises... on calling up 198 on 27 mar 2011 iwas informed that my request has been resolved, eventhough my telephone remained dead as a dodo!!! i am know informed that the request would be attended to within next 24 hrs.if this is the response then what the big deal in giving such an exact timings..ie, 26 mar by 19:01:50 in the first instant..i nearly thought that airtel was going to launch a rocket based engineering team!!! anyway i have to wait and see when my telephone will be rectified

Billing Issue
I was using a post paid mobile connection from Airtel and No. is 9177676660. For this number i have a billing issue which is not resolved till date by "airtel". My plan was "special 5 group" and i added my corridor number for this plan as on 12/08/2010, which i even got a confirmation msg from airtel stating that no. will added in 48 hrs(i still possess sms with me as a proof). However, after two months i came to know that my request has not been added by "airtel" and instead of charging as per the plan Rs. 0.20/min, i was charged Rs.1/min. And during the month of November'10, i made calls to customer care of airtel and made this plan get activated and asked to resolve the earlier billing issue. However, as on this date they have not resolved that issue and because of the same, i stopped paying my bill.
My number has been deactivated by "airtel" on the basis on non payment of bill without any intimation on the status of my billing query. Till date some nearly 20 calls from my side as well as from their side went on about this issue . Neither they resolved by billing issue and irrespective of that when all i'm in roaming they started calling to my other airtel number (which i should pay roaming charges for the call) and making me irritated as they call at different times spoiling my meetings. TO overcome this problem i personally visited airtel relationship centre, banjara hills at my time of stay in hyderabad, which was on saturday. They acknowledge my problem by viewing the sms and stated it is the wrong billing by "airtel", however, they unable to wright a note in my no. as my number by the time was deactivated.
In meantime, i started receiving a calls from Hyderabad main office, the first employee named herself as Ms. Deepthi, i also explained every details of my problem, she promised to solve in two days. However, still after a week she could'nt and i followed her to resolve my problem. After few followups from my side she stopped picking my calls. Then on 12/02/2011 one more lady named herself Ms. Neha and her empl. id is 984632(she informed when asked about ii) called to my Vodafone Bangalore number, when i asked her how she got this number, she unable to answer my question and asked what is my billing problem??? i still took my time and patience to explain her and did so. She promised me that, her boss will get back to me in two days and took my email id. After two days i called her and she was unable to give a proper reply and started avoiding my calls. I clearly stated her in my earlier conversation that if airtel solves my problem across the table, i will immediately pay the money. Irrespective of the same they unable to resolve my billing related issue. I owns another number of aiterl which is 9704757676 which i'm using from past 3 years and never ever defaulted my payment to airtel.
Me getting frustrated of "airtel" who unable to solve my problem and keep on troubling me and started even threatening to file a legal complain on me, I'm forced to write this complaint. Seeing all this i even opted "vodafone" in bangalore rather than airtel.

LEVY OF UNNECESSARY INTEREST

Sir,
I am in receipt of a Invoice no. 190045316 dt. 9.12.2010 for Rs. 1, 380.96 for the period of 8.11.2010 to 7.12.2010. In this regard it is submitted that as per my bill plan there is a bill of Rs. 1, 306/- only and in that bill you have added a sum of Rs. 74.96. On talking at your call centre number, they have told that an interest of Rs. 74.96 have been levied in the bill, whereas there is no fault on my part for making delayed payment of the said sum. The bill for the previous month was not send by you on time. That bill I have received three days back from today and as soon as I have received the same, I have immediately paid the same and the same fact may also be got ascertained from my payment history of preceding period.
Now I am making payment of this current bill for Rs. 1306/- only vide ch. No. 233894 dt. 18.12.2010 of SBBJ, P R Road, Jaipur. Since there is no fault on my part in making payment of earlier bill, therefore, no penal charges are payable by me.
I have also forwarded a request for this regard also, the request number as given by you customer service executive is 12958533. You are, therefore, requested to kindly check with your dispatch record and the un-necessary levied penal charges of Rs. 74.96 may be deleted and intimated to me also.

Dissatisfaction on service
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is S.Nithya, from Annanagar(w) chennai-40. Unfortunately iam ur customer and i want to get releaved from being ur customer. My landline no : 044-42611043 and i have also taken the broadband connection, currently iam in 599 plan.
Date on which i received the connection 10/7/2010.
Reason for which i want to get terminated both landline cum broadband connection is due to dissatisfaction.
Problems which i faced:
1. The landlline instrument which i received was a fault instrument.
2. From the day one, from my first out going call the problem in the telephone line was been found ( during the call time a disturbance, trouble in phone was found).
3. Regarding that i made a complaint to customer care, the attended but again problem was not rectified, because problem arises only when make calls or attend calls.
4. Again i made a complaint, they replaced the old model, old instrument. here iam dissatisfied. the service attender told that he will replace the new instrument as i requested for it.
5. They asked me to wait for some days to replace instrument.Later the instrument was not replaced. Now this instrument also has the same problem, during out going and incomming calls we find distrubance in line. For that again i made a complaint to replace a new perfect instrument else asked to terminate the connection.
6. From the retention department they told that they will provide a new connection and asked me to continue in the 499 plan and for which i agreed. but as they said they did not replace the phone instrument. So due to dissatisfaction again i filed a complaint to terminate the connection.
Please refer my database as how many complaints i have filed and check whether those complaints were checked and rectified.
Please Sir/Madam - understand my situation. For a new connection is this my fate to accept an old serviced instrument which again has the same fault in the line. Really iam fedup with your service. So i request you to terminate as soon as possible and relieve me from this tension so that i will switchover to other telecom and get connected with it, to have a peaceful service and continue my work.
Here after i d'nt wish to be with Bharti Airtel Telecom Limited.

wrong demand of bill
I had taken a telephone connection No 1143019036, ID No. 14571985 in the name of Aditi Mishra (my wife) vide application No.1669836 on 12/02/2009.
This connection was taken mainly for the purpose of using broadband internet services. For that I had paid Rs. 1500/- (Recpt. No.541183 dt. 12/02/2009) for the cost of Modem taken on ownership basis.It
On 13/03/2010 I submitted application for surrender of the connection no. 1143019036 with a request to discontinue the service on this connection immediately. The application was duly received by Airtel, East Hub, Delhi center on 13/03/2009 and cancellation request no was given i.e. 988722.
After 2 days I received a call from Airtel representative wanted to know why I was surrendering the connection. I said that I don’t want this connection since it has got no use for me anymore. However, the representative insisted on retaining the connection but I repeatedly denied it.
After some days when I logged in to check my Airtell bill for other telephone connections which I am using I was surprised to find that the telephone connection 1143019036 was still active. I immediately contacted Airtel customer service and asked why the connection was not disconnected and their reply was that the request for disconnection was again being forwarded. Up to many days I found that this connection was kept active and on my enquiry to customer service the usual reply was that they were forwarding my request for disconnection again.
I had made the bill payment upto last used period i.e. 17/03/2010 vide receipt no. A8821251M dated 30/03/2010. I was surprised to find the bill raised on me for the period after 17/03/2010 which is totally uncalled for as this is a fault on the part of Airtel for keeping connection active at their end.
Therefore, I would request to take appropriate corrective action and withdraw the demand of bill payment for subsequent period i.e. after17/03/2010 and issue me no dues letter.

wrong promise loss of time energy and dismay caused
To airtel complaint box
Dear Sir
At the outset I have to convey to you that undersigned has four mobile 9810105801, 9910105801, 9810086801, 9818035801 one landline 01204104083 and internet connection paying Rs 4000.00 plus bill every month.
I have a incident to share with you. I received a call from airtel for IPTV connection as upgrade to the internet connection. I consented and a executive was scheduled to visit me.
The executive who visited me carried executive code 25008 and team code 7904, name Mr Manoj, tel no 9810617829, He filled a form no s.f.s. no : IP 1092 089077 took declaration from me and a cheque of rs 1750.00.
I was promised connection by 7.00 pm on Sunday the 11 th july 2010. On this day I was 40 km away from my home. I made it certain to reach home . At 6 pm I called for the time when I could expect the gentleman. To my surprise I was told whole airtel server is Down and connection could not be done. Change of schedule was not informed to me.
It was not convincing how does the installation work of drill etc be affected by server down. I wasted my day and the evening. I wanted to speak to the senior. he gave me Mr Naveen's No as 9871235952. who in turn did not give any satisfactory reply as to why I was not informed by them about change in schedule . i wanted to speak to the senior but could not get the contact number. He again confirmed the stand of the junior that the connection shall be done by tuesday.
this evening I reached home to find that the connection is still not done. I called Mr Manoj to find his mobile Off. The other executive Mr Naveen expressed as if it was not Tuesday today. He disconnected by call at lease 10 times and did not pick phone for 15 times.
How cowardice.
Can airtel not face its customers??????
Did The executive not owe responsibility to call to inform change in schedule to avoid inconvenience to me????
It is routine or customary for Airtel to ditch the customer like that????
Do I not have right to receive compensation for the loss of time energy and dismay caused to me?????
What policy the Airtel has to punish such executives???

Help me to Teach Airtel for his 3rd Class Service
Dear Sir
I am a customer of Bharti Airtel Limited. We have a unit in okhla phase 1 in the name of Regent Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.
Last 2 week back Airtel changed our static ip without any information. Static ip is used for conectivity of our okhla unit to the General Motor part at US. Now this connectivity failed for last 3 weeks. When we approch to the Airtel they said sorry. But till the date they have not provide any responsible person s contact number so that we can call him and know about the progress of Airtel about the connectivity.
Our lot of business suffer due to Airtel Mis-management. What i would respond to our US team that our ISP can change the static ip without inform to the client.
Each time i call the customer care they given me a specific time to resolve the problem. But next day they have only one answer - sorry.
I am not understand what kind of service provider of Airtel in india.
We are using Airtel Landline DSL line and Point to Point connectivity in different location in Delhi NCR. If we are getting such type of service through Airtel then i am unable to know what kind of service Airtel provide to residance client.
I am talk to ms. Jeena Soji Kailash etc. each one take details again and again and repeated answer sorry. Provide me landline number 011-41614777 Mr. Gurmeet Singh who is always unavailable.
Site Engineer never respond in mobile.
I request anyone who can have help me or provide facility to me to teach Airtel for their 3rd Class Service in India.

Bharti Airtel Limited aquare 1/2 yard (385 Sq. M) & put a tower at my Land for 20 years on lease agreement date 19.10.2005 rent is 3000/= per month. But after some time stop rent without any resone or information. the total amount recevied (58, 255), after12.06.2007 are not give the balance amount.
