False commitments by Customer Care
I have a Broadband cum voice plan with Airtel Ltd(tel no. 040-42219468) at Hyderabad. on 9th June, 2010 I had asked for a cancellation as I found my current plan to be expensive. The customer retention official at Airtel promised to give me a special plan which would be cheaper with the same speed. The plan was to be changed from a Rs. 899/- to a Rs. 499/- plan. This has not happened since the last 2 months and I am repeatedly being charged the old rental. I want to cancel my connection due to the false commitment given as well as get my refund.

Dear Sir Madam

I Jatin Gori the user of Airtel connection has faced much tough time for the services rendered by you. I am facing this problem since February 2008 so please look into the matter and let me know how better you can help me out.

In the year January 2008, I had purchased VIP No: 9987007007 with a prepaid connection & this number was allotted to me by M/s Rahul Enterprises & the payment was dealt in cash for which I was assured that they would give me the receipt for the same but I haven’t received the receipt till date.

Then in the month Febuary 2008, the above said number was converted from Prepaid to Postpaid under the “Bonanza 199 plan” by M/s Frontline Sales Ltd & all the valid documents for the same are with me.

Thereafter, within 4 days without even intimating me or giving me any further prior notice the customer service department discontinue the services which was rendered to me by M/s Frontline Sales Ltd & on asking the valid reasons from the Customer service department told that this number was allotted only to Mr Mohit Gupta.

For this I had intimated to M/s Frontline Sales Ltd they told me if nothing is done they would allot me the other new V-VIP number with the same benefit. If this all is happening within the company how one can get the justice so I please request you to solve the matter as soon as possible.

My worry is that I hold all the valid legal documents which states that this number is registered under my name & they are not even bother about it. At least the customer service department should inquire that who legal owner to whom the number is allotted.

Last but not the least I have already complaint twice (First on February 2008 when the connection was disconnected & secondly the recent date on 30-12-2009) but no heed or any action has taken place so I am requesting you again to take a strong action against to the complaint made by me. Please solve the matter & also take the legal action as soon as possible.

Bill not received
I am not receving monthly bill against my mobile No.9815300523 . Everytime I have to request to customer care center but all in vain.

Outgoing calls on my mobile not working
My mobile connection number is 9995447595. I converted my connection from post paid to pre paid on 06 August 2007. After that, I am unable to make an outgoing call. The only outgoining call that I can make is the company's customer care number 123. I made several complaints to the number and I was promised that the problem would be rectified in 5 working hours each time. However, till date (02 September 2007) nothing has been done. My complaint numbers that I received as SMS are 081656134 dated 16/August/2007, 0814098542 dated 14/august/2007 , 0813058460 dated 13/august/2007 and 0811092969 dated 11 August 2007.

Non refund of Security Deposit
My Telephone was disconnected upon my request in December 2006.

The Security Deposit of Rs. 3,000/- deposited with Airtel (formerly Touchtel) against Touchtel Bill No. 600026227 Dated 11.04.2002 has not been refunded to me till date.

This is despite the fact that I have lodged several complaints with Airtel Customer Care at least five times.

Security Deposit refund is due to me and has not been paid to me despite over eight months of persistent complaints

Receipt of bill after disconnection
i had conveyed to airtel to disconnect my connection mobile No.9818513424 on expiry of the scheme that i had opted for 2 years which expired on 25.06.2007. I intimated the notice on 21.06.2007 itself as advance notice. After that i also reminded them through their help line that the service was still not disconnected. After that i have not used the number as i was not interested to continue with any other scheme under airtel. Despite this after a period of 2 months they have billed me for Rs.1346 when i haven't even used the number for last 2 months. I also contacted the call center today but the call center executives who attended my calls, namely Deepika and Ramesh are not able to solve or help with the problem. Airtel may please sort out this problem for billing me for period for which i have not availed their services as i had already requested for discontinuation of the connection.

Unwanted bill of blocked number!
I have a no. "9871811664" post paid connection my airtel a/c no. is "102-101178233", which is blocked by me in the month of 16th of December 2006 & my request no. which is given by the customer care executive of the Bharti airtel ltd. is"10816412". Now they tell me that they have request of mine in the month of march they totally lie. They did not blocked the connection till April. I contact several time to customer care of the company but they give unsatisfactory result to me. They send me bill month by month which have only the rental of connection. I cannot use the no since from 16 December 2006. Now some stupid legal adviser named "Dinker kumar" from "55, tis hazari court" send me a letter (ref no: "LN/GKC/AS/9148/857") on behalf of bharti airtel ltd. That if i cannot pay the bill they take legal action on behalf of me. The bill amount is Rs. "1778.65". The last payment given by me of Rs.1586 receipt no:-1018345 to the company on the date of 04/01/07. since from five month the company take any action on my request to closed the no. By all things i am mentally stressed almost the legally letter given the company representative humiliate me & my family. Why i pay the amount to the company to
free of cost. So please look the matter as soon possible and revert me please.

Non-refund of Security Deposit
I was a postpaid subscriber of Airtel J & K (Srinagar Circle) for a period of 6 months till Jun 2005. Before leaving on transfer to Haryana I had submitted an application along with a proof of identity with forwarding address to refund my Security Deposit of Rs.1000/- Unbilled amount was Rs.200/- (approx). I should've received the refund of Rs.800/- (approx)which I haven't received till now. Even after spending at least of another Rs.250/- for calling up the Customer Care at Srinagar status of my refund is still unknown.
