Dear Sir,
I am using the airtel broadband connection in my house and my account no is 15953483.
The plan I am using is of Rs. 899/- per month.
The bill for the month of Feb, 2011 (Billing Period 08.02.2011 to 07.03.2011) bill date 09.03.2011 is received by me for the changed plan of Rs. 1399/-. I have talked to the complain deptt. of your office on telephone No 121 on 30.03.2011. They have informed me that I have been provided with the Website Professional Pack Scheme and the charges applied for this services for Rs. 500/- per month.
Kindly inform me why this service is provided to me whereas I have never requested/required this service and I have never used this service. Please immediately wiuthdraw this service from my broadband connection which is unnessary thrust upon me.
Kindly inform me if you have received any request for providing the Website Professional Pack Scheme and any use of this on my account.
The bill raised on me for additional charges of Rs. 500/- which I have paid in goodfaith please be adjused in the next bill.
Please resolve my complaint immediately.
