disconnection of sim with false reason
Sir
I am serving in Indian Air Force as a Non Commissioned Officer. On 06 May 11 I purchased a SIM Card of Airtel (9910286045). The number has been activated and recharged with Rs. 50/-. I was out of station for some days and after coming back I come to know that my number is not active. I contacted customer care. They told me various reason of deactivation (You may not got recharged your sim, you may not used your sim for more than 6 months etc.). I contacted the Airtel retailer from which i have purchased the sim. Firstly they told me to resubmitt the document. I have resubmit the document. Still my number cannot be activated. Atlast they told me that Airtel has deactivated my number permanently and given a reason that my verification was negative, however I never received any verification call from Airtel. I have submitted this complaint once in this site earlier. But airtel had given a wrong comment that they have resolved my issue. However my problem still survive. My grievances may be looked into and redressed and airtel should be restricted from giving wrong comment.

SLOGAN FOR NEW LPGO
I SUGGESTED A SLOGAN FOR AIR TEL MOBILE IN INDIA ON 24-12-2010 IN RESPONSE TO THEIR AD IN LOCAL NEWS PAPERS. MY SLOGAN WAS CONSIDERED AND ADVERTISED IN LOCAL PAPERS BUT BENEFIT WAS GIVEN TO SOME BODY ELSE. I HAVE LODGED MY COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO ACTION IS TAKEN SO FAR. No information after taking money for broadband
I needed an airtel broadband connection. I filled the form on 1st july 2011 and paid Rs. 500 to Mr K.A. Shariff from Bharathi Airtel. I havent recieved any communication. The sales rep does not answer my call. I called his office (#57, YMCA Building, Millers Road, Benson Town, Bangalore - 560046) on 080 - 41262057 many times. Everytime they said they will call me back but noone did. Now they have started disconnecting the call when I call them or they do not recieve the call at all. I do not know who to contact now. landline phone dead
I had complaint regarding dead land line phone my complaint no-48169584 and was promised to resolve the fault by 28/06/2011, 2.56 pm, and till now nothing has been done. Although I have been receiving several messages that the complaint will be resolved shortly with priority.

Harrasement
hi...i am so disgusted with their services...
i am thinkin of moving few employees of Bharti Airtel Salt Lake, Eternity building, sector v, kolkata to court, especially Mr.Utsav.
i have taken this connection --broadband internet and landline dis January 2011 and has been paying the bill amount before time.i dont stay here in kolkata.i have my parents who stay here, which they know, since i, d told them.even after the payment of bills they disconnect the line and say that our bill amount has been due.when i went to their office in salt lake and met mr.Utsav, he tld me that the amount had been paid regularly but since my father, who is not well, did not mention an account number, the money went into their account but they couldn figure out where the money had cum from, but i had da cheque nums and my bank pass book details so it was found out.they agreed to it and tld me dat da services would be restored within a day, but they took another 5 days and in between they again call my house just to say dat whether they would send their executive to recover the money..they ihave so much of miscommunication in between.but the services were restored hencefoth wen i warned them of moving into consumer forum.now again their telephone bill has arrived with this month's as well as last months amount--the same mistake--, and they, ve again disconnected the telephone...and when i call them they say that their supervisor is not available.being such a big company, they have very illiterate and untrained staffs.they promise to call bak but they never do.is it possible to go to their office all the way from tollygunge to saltlake all the tym just to address their mistake...

Activation of STD/ISD
We have been chasing Bharti Airtel to activate STD/ISD facility for all of our official phone lines sine 4th of May. We have also requested for User ID and password for our company. None of the abovesaid has been fixed till date. One can imagine for any corporate to work without STD/ISD facility in their office.

Weak Network and not working Intenret
Dear sir/Madam,
since i have already registered my complaint in airtel technical support cell (eg. 12118) about 11 days ago. i called them number of times. but my problem has not been resolved yet. but the strange thing is that now they are saying that your problem has been solved. so here i want to mentioned that i am not able to use the intenet facility and signal is still weak.
This is the poor customer services from Airtel which i am facing and suffering. you can check the record from 8th May 2011. Please do the corrective action.

want to disconect my landline coneection

I am Rajiv Kumar R/O 96 New Dashmesh Nagar Jalandhar Punjab. I connected airtel landline and internet connection in january, 2010. my no. is 01814622916. In june 2010 i requested to airtel t disconnect my phone because i have to go abroad for six months but someone from customer care suggested me not to dsconnec it and change it in voice plan which was 180 per months. In october 2010 they changed my plan 349 per months without intimating me. On 5th March 2011 i came back from australia and called to airtel for internet connection on the same number and asked for why they changed my plan . Afte this they said to me to give Rs.200 refund in next bill and give me the date 15 March 2011 at 11:40 to continue my intenet connection. On 15/3/2011 i got a call from Mr. Raj Kumar Sharma, sr. officer sales mob no. 9876032853, that they need any id of me and i said to him to come home and take it. In the evening he told me about a new bundle plan and said that connection will available next day and disconnect my previous plan. I agreed but after three days he was unable to provide me new connection and i called to customer care to cancel my order (CEF No.657024) and as well as to disconnect my prevoius no.01814622916( ref no. 1399764). On the same day at 9:15pm he came and provided me a new connection on my mother smt Krishna Devi's name (01814628542). From then I requested several times to disconnect the previous no. 01814622916 but there is no response from your company. the cutomer care attend my call and give me everytime a new ref no and say to me within seven days your connection will be disconnected but situation is still same. I am getting bills without giving me refund of Rs.200. Ref nos. are 14388807, 1457335 and on 07/05/2011 miss Aarti attended my call and she gave me another ref no. 200294629 and dissconnected the phone without listen to me fully. Now I want to dissconnect my both nos. and 01814622916 and 01814628542. IFf these nos. will not disconnected within seven days then i'll go to consumer court.
