Around $195 wrongly charged to my account
On March 24, I made a call to India. I tried to make another call, however, I got the message 'your account is password locked'. I filed a complaint with Airtel and they said that they will resolve this in 24 hours. I had around $195 in the account that time.

Not sure what they did, but next day when I attempted to make a call, I got the message that I just have 0.01 cent in my account. I was shocked. I checked and found that there were a large number of calls that were charged to my account which were not made by me. Many of them were calls that were running concurrently from the same registered number - which even the airtel supervisor, when I contacted them, said was not possible and it was a system error which will be corrected in 24 hours. However, it has been 5 days... nothing has been done to resolve this... now they are just saying that we cannot do anything as the amount is huge... and they are not willing to talk to me.

Very poor service provided!
1. I have written several emails , visited their customer care centres received back their confirmations and assurances but still the problem continues. Its that i am getting billing with my Ex staff name along with my company name. I Have requested them to delete my ex staff name as the cell connection is in companies name, co. is paying the bill and we dont want any individual name on each bill and that also of my ex staff. I have three mobile connections.

2.There were very weak signals in my office area. Altogether we had taken 9 connections at one time.i.e.9867030662/63/64/65/66/67/68/69. They promised us with good signal receivers which they did so but recently from last nearly 2 months we are again facing signal problem. We have to rush out from our office to have clear conversation. Or many times we have to disconnect the call coming and dial from land line to the person. We have complained several times, faxed them a complain letter also but all efforts seems to going in drain.They dont believe in good service it seems.

Not receiving bills despite several reminders
I live invillage deodhar of distt kullu himachal pradesh. I am customer of airtel postpaid mobile service for past3 years. For the past 6 months or so, i am not receiving my account telephone bills. Despite several reminders to the customer care number 121 and every time i am assured of receiving the bills and given a complaint number, but no action is taken. The latest complaint i was assured of action by wednesday 14 feb 2007. I am still waiting for the day. What a pathetic service from Airtel!

Outging calls barred without notification!
I am a lifetime customer of Airtel in Bihar. I have a sum of Rs. 200 as my balance. I have been deprived of making outgoing calls since 17.02.2007 without any prior information. My incoming calls are not disturbed. Bharti Airtel has very poor service!
