Nothing, but problems
My this connection was deactivated on 26/10/2005. This connection is on my name, but, remains with my wife. And I am holding this connection, since two and half years and I had no issues with the connection. I have been a good consumer and always paying the bills well in time and this time I had paid two months bill togather.
I am holding two connections with name and address. The trouble with this connection started when I just used your website to change my address from office address to residence address. I recieved two-three bills on this address. But, now amazingly Airtel people at some time visited my residence and founding my home locked disconnected my connection.
As soon as came to know about the problem with my connection, I tried to talk to AIRTEL CARE(121) for about half an hour and tried to convince him for atleast make the incoming facility for the time being, till address verfication process completes. But, as per Airtel Care these are long ruthless procedures and even incoming facility was not in their hands. Then, that Official gave me contact of some dealer at Phase 10, I tried to get its incoming active for atleast 15-20 minutes. And lastly I had to call on different nos to talk to my wife on some urgent matter.
Airtel Procedures are very simple! though they are mobile operator and know why mobiles are for, but, THEY CAN DEACTIVATE A ACCOUNT IN SUCH A CHEAPLESS WAY, WHEN I WAS IN NEED OF THIS CONNECTION THE MOST(I was outstation yesterday).
I THINK YOUR PROCESSES OF ADDRESS VERFICATION ARE MORE STRIGENT TO THAT OF POLICE ENQUIRY IN CASE OF PASSPORTS WHICH I HAVE GOT ON THIS ADDRESS.
These were the good relations of myself with your Airtel. But, yesterday, I FOUND MOST RUDE BEHAVIOUR, BAD SINCERITY AND BAD CARE OF YOUR STAFF AIRTEL BOAST OF ALWAYS.
Airtels processes of even restoring incoming facilities are harder. EVEN BSNL ACTIVATES THE CONNECTION ON SUCH REQUEST AS PER MY PAST EXPERIENCE.
AIRTEL DONT CARE FOR YOUR PRIVILEGED CUSTOMERS. GOOD RELATIONS AND TERMS DONT MATTER YOU.
AIRTEL HAS A PLENTY OF CONNECTIONS AND WANT TO AVOID SOME CONNECTIONS.

Airtel postpaid connection
I am really very upset and frustrated with the way your customer support Representative deal with the issue.
I am writing this email regarding to the problem I am facing on my number"9935023445" the same is detailed below:
1. That the said postpaid connection was taken by me about 5 years back and in the month of Feb 2008 an Add on connection No. 9936311445 was also taken by me and the bill of both the numbers were raised by the Airtel department in the bill of my main mobile number 9935023445.
2. That without any reason and prior information the Add on number was disconnected on 09.11.2009 even when there was no arrears bill pending .
3. That I visited Shan Trader (Airtel Showroom) at Allahabad but they could'nt tell the reason for disconnection. and advised to talk to Nodal Officer.
4 That I talked to Nodal Officer Mr. Rajat and he assured that he will look into the matter and will get the connection restored within a week.
5. That after about 20 days a call was received from Airtel Office that the connection will be restored shortly.
6. That I called Nodal Officer, Customer Care center many times say about 20 to 30 times but even after lapse of more than 2 months the connection was not restored.
7. That in the moth of February 2010 I again contacted Mr. Rajat Nodal Officer and on this day he told that my ID proof is not available in their record, hence connection has been disconnected permanently.
8. That I asked him that if the records are not available with the Airtel the same can be submitted by me in the Airtel Office. But the Nodal Officer told that since the Add on plan is at present not running hence the connection can not be restored.
9. That I requested him to either get the connectionconnected or refund the amount of mobile no. 9936311445 which was raised by air tel office in the Bill of my main no 9935023445. I also argued that if the ID of main connection is available then what is the need of ID for the Add on number. No reply was given by Mr. Rajat and phone line was disconnected.
10. That I again talked to some one of air tel Delhi office on 11th March and to my utter disappointment my main connection no 9935023445 was also disconnected.
11. That I have 6 postpaid connections in my family and am very sorry to inform that bills of all the numbers are being paid regularly but due to this malaise and bad attitude the way your managers are going to deal with the customers I don't think I will continue with your services and will also let the other postpaid connections be disconnected by you. and will never recommend for AIRTELL to any one and tell the truth to everybody that airtel is a "Total failure in customer service"

REFUND OF EXCESS DEDUCTION
SIR,
GPRS SERVICES WAS ACTIVATED ON TELEPHONE NUMBER 9934339424 ON 10 FEB 08 . RS. 249 WAS DEDUCTED ON 10TH FEB ANDALSO ON 20 FEB, AND AGAIN ON 24 MARCH. ATTENTION WAS SORT BY CUSTOMER CArE EXECUTIVES MANY TIMES. EVERY TIME I WAS ENSURED THAT THE EXCESS AMOUNT WILL BE SURELY REFUNDED WITHIN 24 HRS . BUT TILL DATE IT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED .
