I am really very upset and frustrated with the way your customer support Representative deal with the issue.
I am writing this email regarding to the problem i am facing on my number"9935023445" the same is detailed below:
1. That the said postpaid connection was taken by me about 5 years back and in the month of Feb 2008 an Add on connection No. 9936311445 was also taken by me and the bill of both the numbers were raised by the Airtel department in the bill of my main mobile number 9935023445.
2. That without any reason and prior information the Add on number was disconnected on 09.11.2009 even when there was no arrears bill pending .
3. That I visited Shan Trader (Airtel Showroom) at Allahabad but the could'nt tell the reason for disconnection. and advised to talk to Nodal Officer.
4 That I talked to Nodal Officer Mr. Rajat and he assured that he will look into the matter and will get the connection restored within a week.
5. That after about 20 days a call was received from Airtel Office that the connection will be restored shortly.
6. That I called Nodla Officer, Customer Care center many times but even after lapse of more than 2 months the connection was not restored.
7. That in the moth of February 2010 I again contacted Mr. Rajat Nodal Officer and on this day he told that my ID proof is not available in the record, hence connection has been disconnected permanently.
8. That I asked him that if the records are not with the Airtel the will be submitted by me in the Airtel Office. But the Nodal Officer told that since the Add on plan is at present not running hence the connection can not be restored.
9. That I requested him to either get the connection connection connected or refund the amount of mobile no. 9936311445 which was raised by air tel office in my main no 9935023445. No reply was given by Mr. Rajat and disconnected the line.
10. That I again talked to some one of airtel Delhi office on 11th March and to my utter disappointment my main connection no 9935023445 was disconnected.
11. That I have 6 postpaid connections in my family and am very sorry to inform that bills of all the number are being paid regularly but due to this malafide and bad attitude the way your managers are going to deal with the customers i don't think i will continue with your services and will also let the other postpaid connections be disconnected by you. and will never recommend for AIRTELL to any one and tell the truth to everybody that airtel is a "Total failure in customer service"
