Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Dwarka, Sector - 8, Block - D, Plot No. 4, New Delhi, we have bought this house in December'2008, since then their was a problem of garbage disposal, we took up this issue to lots of MCD staff, as the adjacent villagers Bagdola residents are keep on disposing their day to day garbage in front of our house.

When the issue was brought to the notice of MCD staff deputed there his reply was "you have no right to comment on their issues and go do your work" when asked his name he refused to disclose.

When objected strongly by the undersigned, he called the pancjayat head of the Bagdola village and to further complicate the issue he threatens in front of all the public around and forcefully kept one garbage box from other block and placed in front of our house.

Moreover, since then their was a blockage in the sever line in front of our house the dirty and foul smelly water is keep on coming from the drainage which is a route cause of lots of water born diseases.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest as the delay in decision may cause some major problem to the resident and some body must have to take the responsibility of the same.
