none delivery/wrong address
Having purcahased an Elitech steam generatorfor myself I was so impressed with it Idecided to purchase 1 for my sister. I did this one line and according to Bid TVs customer service page I could change the delivery address, I did this by phone. Having recieved an email from the tv channel informing me that my order had been dispatched, I called the customer service line again to check the delivery addresss which was my sisters address, great I thought but the next day the goods arrived on my front door step. I contacted there customer service address yet again to see why the goods had been sent to me. I had to pay out a further £7.50 to get a courier to deliver the goods to my sisters house, which I was rather angry about as I had already paid to have it delivered to my sisters house. I contacted the delivery company in which Bid TV use and was told that they had not recieved anything from Bid TV about a diffent delivery address. Finally my sister recived the goods which turned out to be faulty. I contacted there customer service who at first said I had to post it back, after some rather heated discussion they agreed to pick up the faulty goods. Irequested a refund. Later I went on line to order another 1, I called ther customer service again to try and change the delivery address. I was told that I would have to call again before 9.00pm that night, which I did. Iwas then told that they could do nothing for me untill the auction ended. I explained that I was at work at that time and could my husband do the change of address on my behalf, I was told no. So the following day I waited 5 mins after the auction ended and called customer service again, to change delivery address, having to go though of explaning every thing over again. The gentleman said he would change the delivery address from my address to my sisters. meantime I have emailed BIT TV customers service with my complaint, yet no one has even had the decentcy to reply. Having recieved another email from Bid TV on 5thFeb stating my goods had been despatched. I then called customers service yet again to see what address it had been sent to and guess what ... my address, up untill now I still have not recieved the goods. I have just recieved a phone call from my sister, stating that they have tried to deliver the faulty goods which I sent back. I have phone customer service again to night but no luck. Up to now I have paid a total of £19.48 on postage for goods I still have not got and a total on £9.50 on my land line phone that is without my m0bile phone bill. up to now I am out of pocket £28.98 plus I havent recived my mobile phone bill.. Please please is there anyone out ther that can help
