refund
i bought a playstation3 from bid t.v on the 16th nov, after recieving wrong item and sending it back, it is now the 15th dec and i still have had no refund from them .. i have made app 10 phone calls to them trying to sort this out with no success .. on friday 11th dec i finaly got told that my refund was done and would be in my account on monday.. checked my account and nothing, after giving them yet another phone they told me that it got done today, which i know is wrong as i checked my account today after the time they said it had been done . asked for a manager to phone me back, which i got told they would within an hour, two hours later i got the call, just to be told that she would get me the transaction i.d and phone me back. three hours later i got the call, just to be told that she couldnt get me it tonight it would have to be tomorrow .. she also said that it would take anything from 3-5 working days for it to actually go into my account, just a good job they get the money straight away when they take it out our accounts, so why cant it go back in the same way.. i am a single parent who cant afford to pay out another £2008.99 for another playstation. and by time this refund goes in all playstations will be out of stock . which means my son wont be able to get his dream xmas gift from santa.. bid t.v has been the worst thing i have ever done, and will never shop with them again .. i am trying to get a lawyer to help me with this, as they have broke there own policy on refunds, as it states that refunds will be given within 14 of returned item .. by time i get this refund it will be 20 days . i am so angry and upset about all this cozi cant give my son his xmas ...
