Billing for services not ordered nor received!
As indicated above, I just discovered a charge for $39.95 on my credit card account as I was paying bills today. When I called the credit card company they said I would have to call BIDFUEL directly to challenge the charge. BIDFUEL said they would cancel the current month's charge but would not refund the two prior month's charges of $39.95, since I had not notified them earlier that I did not want their "service." I never received any product nor any service, and intend to pursue this. However, when you look on the web there are so many complaints, I wonder why they have not already been shut down for fraud. Due to family illness, I did not check the charges on my credit card statement closely enough the past two months and paid the amount shown. I would appreciate receiving any advice about how I can go about seeing that what appears to be a scam, at the very least, is shut down.

Unauthorized debit charges!
I signed up to be part of an online survey group and somehow after using my debit card to purchase a cd which contained an eBay starter kit 14 trial or something. I contacted this Bidfuel company and canceled my free 14 day trial. I thought that this was taken care of until my wife (who handles the bills) said we were overdrawn. Bidfuel did not cancel my trial and contends they never received my cancellation call back in June. An examination of my online bank ledger revealed that they have been taking $39.00 out of my account on a monthly basis. My wife simply dismissed the charge as something I was purchasing. I never received an invoice, receipt, email or any acknowledgment for this withdrawal. I have never used the product and was not even aware I was signed up for it. So far this scam has cost me $160.00 in program charges and $82.00 in bounced check charges. I am not the only one affected by this scam. There are several online complaints about this company deceiving the public and withdrawing money from accounts without permission. What can I do?
