Bidrack Reviews

fraud
This company Bidrack.com took $99.00 out of my account without my approval. Apparently my granddaughter checked out this site on my computer and singed up to bid not realizing that my account would be charged this amount. I knew nothing about this until I tried to use my account and had no money left because of this charge. I have contacted them by phone as well as e-mail. They refuse to refund my money.

Credit card authorized charges
I had tried to register on Bidrack, each time I submitted, it gave me an error saying it was not processed. I had clicked submit 3 times but each failed. Just 2 days ago I realized I was charged 3 times on my credit card with $99 each! I contacted Bidrack customer support and they said they could not find my information in their system -- I am not even registered! Now I don't know how to progress to request for refund, since Bidrack claims they don't have my information. This is such a scam! I can't believe it.

charges for me
Offered a trial but if you do, they charge a $99 membership fee for 1 year. it is written in a small corner of the page but not in the registration for the trial. Many people got caught like me. This is really obviously done on purpose to catch people. When I called to have some explanations, there was no way to cancel my charges.

Charge not authorized - Resolved
I had the same problem with Bidrack that I have seen for others - I was charged $99 when I registered on their site. I was trying to find out what the price of an item was and they require you to register to see it. They also ask for credit card information which I stupidly assumed would be for their use when a purchase was made. I then saw that the item which was advertised for a very low price was suddenly much higher, so I didn't use the site at all. However, I was charged $99 on my credit card. I called and was told I had to submit an email for refund. After 21 emails back and forth in which they first said I was not entitled to a refund because of the "terms and conditions" (there was no mention of a charge in terms and conditions), they would give me extra "credits". I said I had no intention of using their site, so extra credits meant nothing. They finally said they would send a form for me to complete for a refund. No form came. Then they said a supervisor would call. No call. I emailed and asked for a supervisor's ph number and was given the one I originally called. Back to square one. I had said in emails that I would call my cc company to dispute the charge. Once I did call my credit card company, they put a hold on the $99. Surprise - a supervisor called. She first said I was not entitled to a refund. I said their site is deceiving and the charge was unauthorized so she offered to refund half the money. I said if I didn't get all the money refunded, I would complain to BBB, the State Attorney General, and the Division of Consumer Affairs. She put me on hold and came back saying she would refund the full $99. I finally received the refund today. So, everyone who has a problem, call your credit card company and dispute the charge.

Fraudulent Charge
On June 19/2011 I logged unto Bidrack.com based on a pop-up ad.
That was to start bidding on an item to be auctioned. They got my credit card number, name and address.
Before I know it my account was charged for $99. No confirmation number, no customary final check out and not one bid from me. I did not buy anything and did not order anything
When I called them they said they have a no refund policy.
Folks, this is a fraud. don't get close to these people.

Registration Fee was Unknown
Saw an ad for penny auctions and thought it would be fun to check them out. Required me to register, which I did and gave them my credit card information thinking it would be used only if I won an item. I was charged $99 and don't remember being told that was going to happen. In addition to that, no matter what you bid on the time for bidding starts all over again as soon as it gets close to closing. I believe they should be made to change their registration to show that you will be immediately charged $99 if you want to participate on their site. This was a very sneaky way to get people's money and not let them know of their policy. When I called the next day to cancel my registration, I was told (in a very sharp tone) they do not do refunds.

Unauthorized CC charges
Charged my CC for registration! Found $60.00 charge after registering with the company. At no time did I authorize a charge to my CC. No invoice appeared, or clue that I was making a purchase of any kind. I thought that the CC information was for use only if /when I made an auction purchase. After contacting the company, I was told that it was not refundable, and the purchase was for a 'bidpack'. I would never agree to a purchase of this kind.

unauthorised cc charge
Followed "free registration" Charged $99 for bid pack I definitly did not want. called, e-mailed told "no refunds"
Couldn't get print or even back to the "Free Registration" page, so, credit union wouldn't even let me refute the charge. This was total scam.

SCAM - do not sign up!
I decided not to go through with the sign up - I stopped BEFORE finishing, but they hit my card anyway. I have NO merchandise - and do not even show as being a customer since I DIDN'T finish the sign-up, but they had no problem hitting my account anyway. If they don't return my money TODAY I will contact the BBB and all consumer advocate groups I can find.

I don't know what else to say about this *** company, but it seems I'm required to write 100 words in order to post so DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

NO REFUNDS
Absolutely the worst. I tried a few penny bids and then looked up my credit card and low and behold there is a charge for a $99.23 dress! I didn't even see a dress. I copied my auction bids and my auctions won - sent them an e-mail. I am told by Customer Service? that they could not issue refunds and did not give refunds - only points and THAT would be through an e-mail. There was noone else I could talk to or call. I have not even had the courtesy of a reply. Beware !
