Acution Items Not Shipped
I won in an auction a Super Mario watch for my son. I was really happy to think that I would give to him for his birthday but after a month had past I began to complain to customer support who assured me that my item was shipped (though they couldn't provide me with a tracking number) they then sent me the following email:
"Dear Valued Customer,
We sincerely apologize for the delay in our shipment; however, due to escalated demand of our product we have experienced a slight backlog. Rest assured, we have amended the shipment problem and are working for an expedited delivery to your residence. "
I then went to the website and they were selling the SAME WATCH again at the auction. I have attached a picture of their current auctions where they are selling the same watch. BUT THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE IT IN STOCK?????? How can they sell items they dont have????????? This is a scam!

Ripped me off for $99.00
I was ripped off by Bidrack and would like to know a customer service # for them. I signed up for free and proceeded to the shipping information page. I was a little suspicious that they wanted my credit card info. I did look at all the print on the "shipping information" page. There was nothing there that said I would be charged any money when I got a message saying that I had received bids and thanks for my order!.
I went to my bank account on line and say that they had indeed taken $99!. Now this causes 2 problems;. First, I didn't agree to buy and bids and this causes an overdraft in my account;. I went back to the site and there is no info for contacting them!. If this is such an upright site, why do they have to hide information about themselves'.
I have filed a complaint with my bank, the better business bureau and am going to file one to Google/. Avoid these people like the plague they are.

erroneous charge
This is a bidding website. I registered so I could look at the website and found I had been charged $99.00. I called customer support immediately and was told to complain via email. I did so and received a boilerplate denial of a refund.

Unauthorized $99 charge to my credit card
Well, running into this complaint website makes me feel slightly better! I, too, was ripped off by Bidrack to the tune of a $99 unauthorized charge to my credit card. I followed the usual protocols to try to get my money back. The kid answering the phone was useless. An e-mail response informed me that they were sorry that I was unhappy, but they had given me 175 bonus bids in my account to make it up to me! At least I'm not alone. Now that I've seen the volume of complaints here, I will file a complaint about Bidrack with the Consumer Affairs/Attorney General's Office of my state. I suggest the rest of those who were scammed to do the same. Imagine the $$$ these scam artists are making every day! I'm embarrassed that I was bilked out of my hard-earned money. I hope the Consumer Affairs Office can offer me some recourse, or at the very least, shut theses guys down!

Money scam
Bidrack is a total rip off, , it will steal right out of your bank account..it talks about a safe site there the thieves..It states Free restoration and a free spin everyday for sign in..And i just figured it gave the free bid dollars for the first registration, wrong your going to buy them...don't register..And so far haven't heard of no one getting the product.. going to see if bank will refund me while i try to get my money back.. that's totally wrong of them...So far there not caring are doing a *** thing about it...

charing my credit card
I too went to the website after hearing about it on TV. I have been charged now $99 twice. I'm thinking of closing out my charge card but I don't know if that will take care of it. Does anyone have any ideas.
Frustrated with these SCAMS

Invalid Charge
I did a search on Kindle's and Bidrack site came up. I decided to bid on item and opened an account and provided credit card, as seemed OK, to cover any purchases, like EBAY and all the other on-line companies I do business with. No where did I see that I would be charged $99.00 to buy bids. That's not what I understood the site to be, partially based on what everyone else does. When I saw the charge hit my account, I immediately contacted them and they gave the "terms and conditions preclude us from refunding". That's bs and we all know it. Everyone provides for returns, cancellations, etc. if they are not satisfied, or as in this case, I felt mislead. It also looks like others have experienced the same "surprise" at the $99, plus never getting products they won with their purchased bids. I am contacting my bank to handle this as I am no paying it. I think this is a SCAM.

Ripped me off $99 and wont let me bid!
DO NOT enter info from your personal credit card etc. they rip you off $99.00 and give you the run around about posting bids on items! You save nothing and they don't refund your $99.00 charge that you don't consent to givn since you're led to believe that they need this info from you for future purchases and not a $99 instant charge before starting ANY bids!
Please do your reasearch before completing ANY financial requests. There are many complaints that I have found after the fact. I wish I would of read peoples complaints BEFORE proceeding! Just a plain SCAM!

unathorized charges
After going to Bidracks web site I was charged 99.00 dollars for absolutely nothing. I called them to complain and ask for a refund. They informed me that by going to their web site and viewing it I had agreeded to join their online auction. They were very rude and hung up on me. I would encourage everyone not to view their web site which is bidrack.com. They are nothing by a scam operation.

Obviously I'm not very good at these discussion boards. I just posted a comment and don't know where it went. Anyways i was just saying I don't believe bidrack is a scam. Very, very, very slow YES. It took them 28 days to refund my money and the products i did win took for ever. the only good side is I get get them for a great price.
