Nothing but legit
Joem200us, yes. They did that to me also, the double $99. And I was pissed! They said they would refund me and they did but it too 28 days. And...Elgzz. What exactly happened. You go on and on on how to report them but you aren't clear about what the problem was.

Charges for registration and won't refund charge
Beware of registering with Bidrack.com. They charge $99 for registering although the page misleads you that it is free.
When I asked for a refund and even though I did not use its service at all. This is their reply:
"A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #310713 with the following response:
Dear xxxxxx,
We thank you for reaching out to us here at Bidrack! We do see that you have purchased our $99 bid package of 175 bids. Directly to the left of where you enter your card number it states that you are being charged $99 and you will receive 175 bids. We are very sorry that you did not wish to do this. We apologize deeply for the inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, due to our policies as stated in the terms and conditions you agreed to, I cannot give you a refund.

Do not register with bidrack.com. Google would say they are an evil business when they refuse to refund money taken from their customer when services were not use. Any decent business would refund your money when asked. BEWARE DO NOT GET SCAM BY BIDRACK.COM

My home page is Yahoo.com and saw a link to bidrack site on their today column: June 11, 2011. I checked it out and there was a video of the news of what people can win here.

2nd link after entering your name and creating your user name and password is:

which does not say anything about them charging your account the amount, it only tells you that you can purchase the bid pack...etc, pls see for yourself.
I registered, entered my name, then shipping address and the last 3rd step is entering your credit card information which I assume they needed to pay for winning auctions. I was confident as I saw them via Yahoo so I naively entered my debit card number and pressed : START WINNING
Then looked at my account where I already have 150 bids but I did not buy any bids... I have never heard of an online auction where you have to pay for each bid to be able to make a bid. This is when I found out that my debit card has been charged, I called my bank right away, and lo and behold the charge has already been submitted, so fast that the amount has already been deducted from my bank in less than 15 minutes.
I immediately dispute that, I bank with Wells Fargo and I am hoping I can rely on them to give me my money back.
I also wrote to your bidrack@support etc and received an email back saying that they could not refund my money but they are giving me 120 bids extra which I wrote back and told them I don't want the extra bids.
I researched Bidrack reviews in Yahoo and saw this site and found out that I am not alone.
My heart is still racing, I am a mother with 2 children and my husband will be so mad to find out a charge of $75 was deducted from our account for something I did not even buy for nor wanted.
Is there anyone out there that can help us fight this fraudulent people running this site? Why did Yahoo even encouraged this link to us? didn't they even checked this site?

unauthorized $99 charge
After being duped by Bidrack all I get is generic emails and no answer to phone calls. I contacted my card company and the BBB, still waiting. In the meantime they have blocked my site access, I guess because I told them if I didn't get a refund I was reporting them. There is a support page on Facebook also. Don't give up trying to get a refund, lets bring this ripoff company down !!

erroneous charge
I submitted my information in order to bid on items. $99.00 was
charged to my credit card. I received no goods or services for this
charge. Upon contacting the company, I was told this was a
legitimate charge and would not be removed, but I could e-mail the
corporate office. I e-mailed them three times and have received no

Scam! unethical practices! false claims!
HERE IS MY SOLUTION TO THE BIDRACK PROBLEM!
Please help get these guys out of business.
Just recently I fell for the bidrack scam.
I retraced my steps since I had used a link on facebook to find out what it was all about. The facebook link sent me to the following "Channel 9 News" website:

At second glance and of course after the fact, I realized the person who did the so called investigation on bidrack and gave it raving reviews does not have a last name. She is known only as Julie.
Furthermore, I've tried to find this "channel 9 news" which appears at the top of the page on my own, and I cannot find it. Now that I look at it, the channel 9 news banner is a dummy, you cannot click on any of the links at the top to join, or subscribe or read news etc.
Anyway, I was scammed too. They lured me in with their "FREEBID" promo code, and when I signed up I assumed I could use the free bids to browse and try the site out. I thought I may be able to buy a gift for fathers day! I didn't realize that when I entered my credit card number, they would charge my card $99. In fact there was no request for confirmation of this $99.00 charge, as in any other site selling merchandize the legitimate and legal way.
I am now battling them to reverse the charges. They keep telling me that I agreed to their terms, so they cannot refund my money. And I keep telling them that I did not agree to any $99 charge nor was I aware of their charge posted to my card.
I have filed a complaint against them with the better business bureau of Canada. I URGE ALL OF YOU TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Also call your credit card company and dispute the charges. The more complaints they get the sooner and easier they will be exposed.

You guys are all nuts. It says right there $99. I did the same thing. And how could they take $99 from you if you didn't enter the information yourself. Aaaaanyway...I use them and love it. So A+ from me.

Took money without ok
I reg. on bidrack I didn't see anything I liked went off the site. I then checked by bank online and found that bidrack charged me two $99 charged. I called them, they said they would give back one $99 charge but not the second. I will be going though my banks claim div. to try to get it back. It took me yesterday over three to four hours to get through to bidrack. The first ten times I tried I would be on hold for 15 minutes told that they were busy and then cut off to try again.
