Bidrack Reviews

Nothing but a scam
Hopefully people will be smart enough not to buy into this, but like me you dont know what your buying until its too late. Please report them to the FBI Internet Fraud Department and the Better Business Department of the US and Canada.

Get them shut down before they make millions off of unsuspecting victims.

I thought I was logginrg on to Overstock .com sonow they are hijacking legitimate websites. Please be careful when looking at other shopping sites that you are where you are suppose to be and dont get tricked by

BidRack.

When Iwrote to them telling them I did not wish to purchase anythign, the response was too bad, well too bad for them. I am filing with the bank in addition to the FBI.

Registration
I recently went to the Bidrack website to sign up under the impression that registration was free...However upon submitting a username and password i was then ask for my creditcard info which i thought was gonna be held until i was ready to pay for purchases..Inadvertently I was immediately billed 99 dollars for which I received worthless bids...I immediately called Bidrack but only got voice mail . I wrote to them and got a respose saying that they can't refund my money because of their policy but was more than willing to give me more of those worthless bids...I think it's a sneaky way of getting you to pay for the fantasy of winning these big tickets items at these highly reduced prices...lesson learned, i'll be more careful with my hard earned money...Has anyone been able to have there money refunded

Buyer beware
I went looking for a Kindle and saw the best price at a site called Bidrack and I foolishly registered with them (did not do my usually research first). Somehow I was charged $99 for bids and contacted them immediately that it was a mistake and please cancel the purchase.

I could not reach a person by phone so I used email. I received a reply basically saying "sorry you agreed to our terms"; but we will give you more bids for free. How does bidrack make money? Ripping off the newbies. I looked at their merchandise and you can bid on underware or more bids!! Avoid this site and always do your research. Just check the complaints for Bidrack.

unsolicited $99 charge
I was charged $99 unsolicited while registering online.
Contacted Bidrack and they immediately offered other deals. Refused refund and said I agreed to buy bid package. Have filed complaint with IC3 board. You should do the same. Stop this scam now!! If you act quickly, you can block the credit card that you used before they can process charges. This is different than denying the charge, you block all activity on the card.

SCAM
I thought I signed up with Big Deal sent an E-mail to them asking Why did you charge my credit card $99.00 when I have not bid on anything?
If this is the coast to Join I do not want to join I read the terms and did not see you would be taking $ 99.00 out of my account.
I recived an E-mail back Saying Thank you for the email.
I have reviewed the account you have with us and do not see any transactions for bids or orders placed on your account. We do not offer a $99.00 bid pack and charge no subscription fees. You have not been charged by BigDeal.com for anything at this time.
Please check your credit card statement or with your financial institution to ensure you have contacted the correct merchant.
If after you review this information, you still believe your account is with BigDeal.com, please respond with your full name and the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to make your purchases, so that I may try and locate your payment in our system.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

So when I thought I signed up for BigDeals some how I signed up with BidRack. I didn't approve them to take any money from my back account. So I thought but Obviously I never should have entered in my credit card number. Imagine my surprise when I checked my back account, and found a charges for $99.00. I called My Bank they gave me a number to BidRack I have called all day long. all I got was this recording said all cercits are bussies to call back later. UGH!! I will "NOT" do any more Buisness off of facebook.
Scamers will do anything for a BUCK and take your Money you worked hard for.. Think TWICE my friends :(

Scam
Bidrack is no doubt ripping the consumer off, If you are having problems I recommend Filing a claim with the State Attorney Generals Office, The Federal Trade Commission, Bidrack is committing Theft by Deception unless you people really start to do something, Bidrack will continue to steal from others. The claim for the attorney general needs to be filed were bidrack is conducting business. Also if their is enough complaints with visa and master card their credit card handling company will revoke their account and will no longer be able to accept credit cards. Its up to us the consumer to put a stop to all this stealing.

Unautorized Charge & Unnecassary Fees
4/18/2011 - I saw a great review on AOL regarding a company called Bidrack. As AOL is known for good reporting, etc., and the review was positive so I visited the site. It looked interesting and I just did a preliminary login with minimal info to get started. From what I saw and read it looked legit. Within a few days I purchased/won via auction what they call "bid point cards" for no more than a dollar. Imagine my suprise when I got the bids but noticed a shipping charge attached to the purchase!!! The did not ship me anything, the bid were automatically sent to my acct via their service. I was a bit annoyed to say the least. However, when I got my monthly bank statement a few weeks later I noticed a $99 charge that I DID NOT authorize. After making several attempts to reach them via their coustomer service line, which stayed busy each and every time I called, I contacted them via internet help support/eamil. Their response said that I agreed to the charge when I first signed up, and they have a strict NO REFUND policy. I did not authorize the charge. Then started to investigate the site via the internet - sad to say I found thousands of complaints over the $99 charge and now know why their phones were busy!!! This site is the biggest scam I have ever encountered. Off to contact my bank, and the Better Business Bureau to try to retreive my money.
