$99 charge

I didn't authorize the company to charge $99.00 on my VISA. I thought I am just registering my name for future purchases

Fraudulent Charges
I signed up with BidRack to check them out. I didn't approve them to take any money from my back account. Obviously I never should have entered in my credit card number. Imagine my surprise when I checked my back account, and found 2 charges for $99.00 EACH!
I immediately called them, and someone actually answered! They agreed to refund one of them and gave me a confirmation number. They told me the other charge would "fall off".
Within a day I say the credit on my back statement. However after two weeks the other charge has never "fallen off", nor has it been refunded. I have called them numerous times, with during the day and late at night (their website says 24 hour phone support). Every time, it puts me on hold for @ 15 minutes, then puts me to a voice mail. I have left numerous messages and none have been returned! I think they've put my caller id on their "Hold/Voice Mail" list.
DO NOT SIGN ONTO THEIR WEBSITE! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!!

Scam! Don't send merchandise!
I have been on Bidrack website. It is auction site where you buy bids and each time you bid the price goes up a penny a bid.
I won a $25 Macy's gift certificate and also an Apple iPod Touch which I have not received. I have emailed them numerous of times and also have called them.
One day I called and they answered and then started saying, "hello, hello, hello!" I kept saying hello back and then they said, "oh well, I guess they aren't there." They hung up. It was like they were talking to someone, making it real.
I called back and after over 25 minutes on hold, a recording came on that said all customer service reps were busy, and to leave name and number and they will get back to you, which they never did.
I called again and now they say they can see where I won the item, but it doesn't show up on their computers and NOW they want to refund me back my bids. I told them NO! I want my iPod Touch. He said he is forwarding this to his supervisor and they would call me the next day. Again no phone call.
I think they are running a scam. I have spent $384.00 buying bids on this site trying to win the iPod Touch. Finally I win it and they aren't sending it. An easy way to get out of sending what I won is to tell me they will refund me back my bids.
I did some research online and there have been other people saying the same thing. They win a big item and they don't send it. Nobody has said they have received a big ticket item. Sad thing is after I have won it, I also paid for it and also paid for shipping.
