No Prob
I was totally aware of the $99. Are all of you going to the BBB because you didn't read. Make sure to put that in your report. Then did you give the site a try or just wine and cry when you willingly put in your cc info and got charged. I have been using bidrack for months with great success. So I don't know what to tell you. - good luck,

unauthorized charge
Awful experience with bidrack -------- a fraud and money swindling enterprise.
They charge you 99 dollars and inturn refuse to refund this charge for the sole purpose of bidding on merchandise.
Just like if you signed on ebay as a member and every time you bid you were charged whether you win the product or not a 99 dollar fee. There are dozens of complaints on the internet against bidrack, mentioning and listing this 99 dollar fraudelent charge ...which I wish I had
searched before going on this website. I notified the bbb and my credit card company will hopefully
void this charge... my advise is to print all these complaing copies and submit them with your credit card dispute form. Thats it for me and the internet and purchasing anything. Its companies like this that hamper all internet sales.

Charged 99.00 for membership I did not ask for.
I was charged $99.00 for joining this so-called auction site! Did not realize there was a charge until it said, (Thank you for your order). Realized then I had been scammed. The old addage If it looks to good to be true, It proably is. Something I am going to keep in mind from now on!
I did manage to get to get a refund by working with my bank.

Fraudulent Charges
If bidrack fraudulently charge your credit card, you should file a report at Ic3.gov, they are the one who can close this website down and refund your money. So everyone should go to this website and file a complian. Take time out to file a complain against this fraudulent autio website, that has nothing but empty promises and false hope.

stealing $99 out of my account
I went to this web site after seeing an ad. I registered and put in my credit card information with a slightly uneasy feeling but I thought ok it is for future purchases. Then when it finally let me get to how it worked I noticed purchased bids in my new acct. I quickly realized this was a scam but to late as they had already drawn out $99.00. After many attempts to get through to them with no answer I called my credit card company and initiated a fraud dispute. I finally did get through to a lady who said by entering the website the way i did I agreed to purchase the 175 bid pack which is one of the more expensive packs. I did not agree to that. I never saw anything about that. She said in essence TOO BAD.

Fraud-Scam
I along with every other person on here have the same complaint. I went on because I saw an ad on Facebook to bid on an I Pad. The bid was going off in minutes...or so it appearred, so I immediately registered, and yes was hesitant about putting in my credit card info-I saw it was a secure sight, and have dealt with e-bay along with other auction sites for many years thought I was safe. Well I was wrong...after a short time of what I thought was free bidding, I became suspicious of other ads I saw to "purchase bids" and I stopped. Within an hour of signing up I e mailed them to confirm that it was free and their customer service e mailed me back to say no, there is a 99.00 charge-and I guess they are used to this problem because they did not even wait for me to ask for a refund, their e mail stated they would not issue refunds, but instead they gave me 80 free bids, which I do not want-I just want my money back !!
I will contact my bank in hopes they support me!

$99 CHARGE -FRAUD SITE
I was curious and I too, like many of the other complaints listed, was reading that it was free. I put in my credit card number because I thought they needed it in case I bid on something and won just like some other sites. I put in the information, and next thing I know it says "Thank you for your order" and gave me a reference number. I didn't know what to think, I was sayng to myself "What the hell did I order?" I went to my bank account, saw the $99 charge. I Called my bank and BidRack immediately. BidRack said they have a "No refund" policy, isn't that a sign of a great company? They offered me 120 extra bids. I laughed. I called my bank and they said to dispute after the charge posts. What a horrible fraudulent scam!
