theft and fraud
Bidrack is a fraud and has stolen funds from me. And by the way it looks, this company has preyed upon many individuals in this way. When I was redirected from a general search for computers for sale, this company came up. It mislead me into believing I could register for more information on their products but then without proper and lawful acceptance terms to their services, they charged me $49.00. I have no idea what this charge is for as this fraudulent company did not advise me of any charges or for what these charges were for. This is theft of money and they will be prosecuted by my and perhaps I will get this States's Attorneys General office to file and prosecute them. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB of Delaware where this fraudulent business is located. I will be filing a theft charge with local law enforcement today and then alert the attorneys general office today as well. I have alerted my bank and they will also be filing a complaint against this fraud. I will get my money back but it's been very disturbing and has affected my health. This company will be sued for damages. I will be seeking a singular or possibly a class action law suit to seek damages for this theft and deception. This company has chosen to defraud the wrong person in their scam! They will not succeed. I would advise any and all persons to stay far away from this internet fraud. And also for anyone that has been scammed or has had money stolen to file a complaint with the proper law enforcement officials and the Better Business Bureau of their state.

Unauthorized charge
I went to this website as it was advertised as a penny auction. They said registering was free. So I registerd and within minutes I noticed on the account I was charged $99.00. No where on the site does it show a charge would be made including when you read the Terms and Conditions. I emailed them for a refund, under no circumstances will they refund the money. In fact they told me in the email not to contact them about this again. I did some research on the internet about this company and they have scammed thousands of people this same way. I have filed complaints with state and federal agencies along with any of those I may find on the interent such as this one. I will continue to file complaints as long as I find sites to do it. This has to be stopped

$99. fee for nothing!
So I am on Facebook and see a pop up for an auction site. Go to bidrack and put my info in and my cc info, believing it is something akin to paypal on e bay. WRONG! I checked my banking online afterwards as I felt a bit uneasy after the site said I had credits which I wasn't under the impression I had "purchased". And there it was a $99 dollar charge to my account. Called them immediately, they said they couldn't help me, the manager wasn't in yet, they would call me back..and she said, "you won't get your money refunded you purchased the package through the site you entered through" (on facebook) what a scam!! I then went to the BBB site or DE and entered my complaint after calling them a second time three hours later when I hadn't heard back from them. "You're on a list to call back" I was told. "Look, I just want my money refunded. I bought nothing, no harm here, just refund me." Her reply, "sorry I'm not authorized to do that." Well I guessI will be sitting here waiting for quite awhile. I am praying the BBB will be able to help me. I am so sick about this. What kind of sham operation does this to people, it's really dispicable.

wrongful charge on cc
They have you sign up, they say you have free bids, next thing you know your cc was charged 99.00. After endless emails of being told we cant do refunds. By the looks of things I'm not the only person. What a crock.

Will not refund
As with all others that have complained about BIDRACK.COM, I have had the same experience. This is what I am now doing and have posted this on their support line. I suggest that each of you file a dispute with your bank and your states Attorney General. I am also going to file with the US Attorney General. Spread the word, pass it on!
What I wrote to them...
"Return the money! Where's the return phone call? I have requested an investigation by the Idaho Attorney General, The Royal Canadian Mounted Police's fraud unit and the Arizona Attorney General. I will also file a complaint with the BBB. I have also filed a dispute with my bank. They told me that this will cost BIDRACK between $35 and $100 plus my refund of $99. You just messed with the wrong person, I will spread this information across the web and every media outlet in the world, Gee, no refund? Well, we will see... "
Yours Truly,

fraud
bidrack.com charged me $99.00 just to register and I bidded one time. It's total fraud, the fine print said you are paying $99.00 to bid many had written on this complaint forum. Don't register with me, you ended up having to cancel credit card. Bank of America refused to reversed the $99.00 charges because it said I willingly consented to $99.00 charge. So, beware of your bank at least my bank which is Bank of America won't help you either despite my file of fraudulence charge claim with bidrack.com.

Fraud
Bidrack. com is fraudulent company. Don’t do any transactions with this company. How do you think they can sell an Ipad 2 for less than 90$ ? Because they catch a large number of people with a 100$ initial bid package. That's how they make money and this is clearly fraud.

Website is a total scam
I won an auction. Item was supposed to ship in 72 hours. I never received the item yet my credit card was charged for shipping! I demanded my money back, and never received a reply. Fortunately my credit card company will refund my $ and then take $ back from from Bidrack.

FRAUD
I took this complaint from someone else as this is exactly what just happened to me yesterday...
"I registered today with BidRack.com, which I thoght it was FREE, but then I realised I was charged 99 USD! In fact, later I realised, when I simulated the registration process all over again, that the registration page was misleading, making you beleive that you are finalizing your registration process by entering your credit card number, while you are in fact about to buy credits. The option was preselected, and the table with credit options is the smallest on the page, almost BELLOW the credit card form data, very discret, put in a way that you dont see it while beggining to fill out the form. That's why so many people are surprised finding out that they have actually bought credits, while thinking that they are registering for free. I wrote an email, demanding the total refund."
Don't do anything with BidRack, this is a really big SCAM web site! Thank you all and good luck !"

I wrote an email, demanding the total refund, they said that they have strict refund policy, that is they do not refund AT ALL! I complained to BBB.org, and I will proceed until they refund me. Don't do anything with BidRack, this is a really big SCAM web site! Thank you all and good luck !
